I walked down the aisle and Jonathan asked if he could help me, I accepted his help and he found me a dryer vent that don't allow pests to crawl in your house. I didn't even know they had those kind of vents. My was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you:)

Home Depot is my candy store. I bought many products from Home Depot for my business since the late 1980's. Al my power tools, lumber, hardware, handtools, cleaning products, and more. What keeps me coming back is the friendly staff and professional service.

All areas of this store are consistently clean. Shelves always organized. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Quality products. Competitive prices.

My dad always raves about this store. I always stay within a few miles of home. Today I went with my dad to this store to order cabinets and countertops and get an interior door. I have to say, I now see why he comes over here to this store even though it is much further out! The staff was not just friendly, but actually AVAILABLE!!!!! I have never went to a Home depot where I was actually helped quickly and friendly! I will never again go to another Home Depot!

I MUST SAY THAT AFTER HAVING A KIND OF NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE BEFORE, THIS TIME AROUND, THEY LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT; FIXED ALL THE ISSUES IMMEDIATLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE WAS AMAZING AS WELL. I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL. THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING. THE STAFF AT OUR HOME DEPOT IN BLUE SPRINGS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS HAS ONLY TWO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THEM...TEAM AWESOME!

Don't ever order appliances at this store! I purchased a refrigerator and the sales associate told me not to waste money on the disposal fee to get rid of our old fridge. She said try the local swap and shop and if that doesn't work we can just call the store and add the disposal service later. Well the swap and shop only works if someone is interested in taking something off your hands. Nobody was interested in our old fridge and it was getting close to our delivery day so I called the store to add the disposal service. The customer service person simply laughed and said they'd have to cancel my order and re-order which would delay delivery by several weeks. We'd already been waiting a month so instead I hired a junk removal company which cost significantly more than the Home Depot disposal fee. Anyway they delivered the new fridge the next day (late) and lo and behold it was so damaged it wouldn't even work when plugged in. I had the delivery guys take it back and they said it would be a week before they could find a replacement. So now we're going a week without a fridge which is a huge headache. Sloppy, sloppy work by Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money somewhere else.

The personnel in this store are exceptional. We have shopped here since it opened. We've used this Home Depot to purchase Hard Wood Flooring (included installation), replacement windows & installation, vinyl flooring & installation, carpeting with installation, Granite Counters & installation, Tile Back Splash & Installation. We've purchased lighting, tools, trees & shrubs, window blinds, grill, appliances, etc. We have always had great service and been very pleased with our purchases and installation of items. We love our Home Depot!!!

Ann the cashier helped me out with a price match from a competitor store.. Understood exactly what I needed, and she was very helpful with this transaction. Said thank you and suggested to fill out a survey to win a home depot gift card. I wish all the associates I ran into at other stores was this kind...

I often shop at the Blue Springs Home Depot store, but after the rude experience I received from the cashier I might just have drive out of my way to go elsewhere for anything I may need. Another employee discounted a torn open bag of sand and discounted it, but the cashier would not honor it and treated me inappropriately.

If you are working on a project and need a door, don't hesitate to ask for Mary - Millwork Specialist. She is super nice and very thorough.

Would have been nice to have more then just one person working in the paint department, he had a line of people waiting and didn't seem to enthused about his job. Also, train your employees to clean a wet floor when a customer points it out to them, instead just stands there and say, "Yep, it looks like a spill." Come on now, wouldn't like to see anybody slip and fall because employee didn't handle the mess or put a cone out to alert customer's

Too small for customer base. Too many things I have to go to competitor to get because Home Depot is o... Too small for customer base. Go here rather than Independence because this store has excellent customer service and very helpful employees. Although recently Home Depot has done away with Master electrician and Master Plumber relying on less experienced people. Sad. These experts got me in and out quickly. Then there is Tiim the Master Carpenter who is stuck in flower and garden and I have to find him for finish work advice.

I had a great experience at the Blue Springs store. The employee was very helpful when I was purchasing a refrigerator.

Products for kitchen cabinets were in stock. Friendly service. Product did not delivery on the day it was suppose to. They didn't even call and I had a contractor waiting on them. We will see if they come tomorrow as manager said they will. This is the second delivery of large items that didn't deliver as scheduled. Very unhappy with their deliver practices. I do not plan on making any further purchases from Home Depot that need delivered.

She helped us with our refrigerator purchase and answered all of questions about the refrigerators available and the specific one we liked and ultimately purchased. We can't wait for our order to be delivered. We'll definitely be back for any of our future needs.
