Because of the virus I have not done anything but very necessary shopping so it had been some time since I had been shopping at Home Depot. It was so nice to return to a favorite store & it is very close to me. I found everything I had on my list & more items. I was assisted by the employees several times. The store was clen nd the employees very friendly & helpful.

This store is always very clean and well organized. Received help in purchasing a washer & dryer (that fits my needs) wasn't pressured on purchasing a more expensive set ... sales associate was attentive of MY needs. I always feel welcome (along with my dog O'reilly who sits in the shopping cart). We sometimes only buy 1 or 2 items, O'reilly and I enjoy looking @ the (seasonal/displays) this facility set's up. Or just taking my time walking throughout the store-and the staff is very polite to us (well I think mostly O'reilly gets most of the attention) but that's OK, I get the Military Discount! Thank You Home Depot for that!!

Like always proud supporter of Home Depot glad to have them in my neighborhood I always shop locally owned first but if they don’t have what I’m looking for Home Depot is my go to after that glad to have them in my neighborhood and always want to support local jobs before going to another city.

There is always someone there to help me with any question or problem I might have. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a huge variety of what ever you are looking for. I like the self service check-out it saves time and there is always someone there to help with any problems. I am a long time customer because of their customer service, prices and quality of their merchandise.

The staff are very helpful. I left my military ID at home, but Gwen the cashier took me at my word and gave me my military discount. This really meant a lot to me, especially at a time when funds are limited. Thanks again Gwen your kindness truly blessed me that day.

Good luck finding items here, or finding someone to help you find them. If you're a contractor and you go to the store on a weekly basis, you'll probably learn where everything is. If you just do small home projects once it a while, make sure you have plenty of time to spend searching. Last time I was there, I had to call the Customer Service desk to find what I was looking for.

Great shopping experience. I frequent home improvement stores and found this one to be exceptional in staffing, stock and service. It is the best shopping I have found in years of handyman work.

Great customer service

Customer service Representative Sandy is very rude in front of customers and her Co-Workers. She doesn’t care about what Home Depot’s policy says, her 1st answer is always NO! That changes after you demand a copy of the return policy and she calls management. Very disappointing.

Customer Service has the most rudest & lazy people I have ever seen & had to encounter. People in line picking up Online Order & no one wants to acknowledge them. Then when they do get to you it seems like an inconvenience to help you.

The store was clean and product i needed was on shelf, friendly help from Tim in electrical department and Erin and checkout always has a smile on her face when you come up to her checkout station.

I use the Blue Springs Home Depot regularly for all my home projects with great results. There is always a store employee nearby to consult with. For example, just recently I found that the shower in my upstairs bedroom that had not been used for years, to be locked up. Could not even turn the handle. Took a picture with my cell phone and went to Home Depot to see if I could find the correct part. Well...there are dozens of cartridges to choose from. I did not even know the brand name and there was no way I'd ever pick the right part. Guess I was looking pretty confused when an employee stopped by and asked if I needed help. Showed him my cell picture and he said "That's a Moen and this is the Cartridge you need." He willingly gave me instructions on how to remove the old part and added that I should get a tube of plumbers grease to aid in the placement of the cartridge. What a pleasant surprise. Turns out the man was correct and everything went together nicely. Thank You Gene and Thank You Home Depot !!
