The Bitter Lake Home Depot store is a great place to shop for home projects, etc. Great customer service, and problem solvers if the need arises.

I received the BEST customer service in the garden center today! Every member from greeters at the front to the stocking employees made my trip easy and fast. This store is definitely hiring the right folks! My apologies for misspellings, but a big Thank you to AZ and Trae, Lane (Jane?) Hendry and the folks working in garden today(4/12) 9:30am - 11:30am (two trips and two sets of fabulous helpers!!).

Friendly service and very personable if you are a repet customer , they take the time to get to know you by name and just make you feel welcome. Supplies on the other hand, well ,just like anywhere else . . . Like pulling teeth from a chicken !

Excellent store where I've been going for years for bigger projects and when tools / rentals are needed. Have always had friendly personnel working with me, everything is convenient to find using the Home Depot app, the checkout procedure is well organized with obvious covid guidelines. Always feel safe going there and always leave with what I need.

if you are a handy person who likes to fix and build things in your own instead of hiring someone, you will get profiled and accused of theft. fake workers who make you feel uncomfortable. would rather support a local ma and pop hardware store before i come here to have a police officer approach me while shopping for tools.

Ryan in the lumber department was AMAZING. I can get lost in a cardboard box, it was later in the day, I was tired and confused, and he was very relaxed and friendly. He helped me find what I needed for multiple projects quickly, get it cut to size right then and there, and helped me find usable pieces that were marked down for blemishes or were scrap and going to be tossed anyway! It was a huge time and money saver to have his help. DEFINITELY going back to this store for my lumber needs in the future!

This store is so amazing! Very clean and in order. Easy to find what I'm looking for. And if I need help, someone is always so easy to get a hold of and they are glad to help you. Great customer service, knowledgable and friendly employees. They are very respectful. They are always well stocked. And, checking out is quick and easy. The paint department and the garden department are my favorite. The associates always make shopping so much fun! In the paint department, Jeremy is your go to guy. He knows so much! Very helpful. After you meet him, by the time you begin your project, you'll be painting like a pro!

This store in particular, it has a great customer service as a general contractor we are always busy and having a good pro-desk team it helps a lot and I save time and Money. And want to thank Ricardo in specific for all his help and great orientation related to all the construction materials, he is always very professional, helpful and kind. Loss prevention follows.me in a very non conspicuous manner every time im.in this particular store .i understand this location probably has alot of theft but never once have I stolen anything from.any retail establishment much less this particular home.depit and I've been shopping and paying for my items here every single time for years.

My return was handled quickly and easily, the clerk was very attentive and efficient. I felt like I was her only focus for the entire encounter. Then she stepped out from behind her counter to direct me to the area where the goods I was shopping for were located.

Home Depot ( Bitter Lake) has usually been efficient and well organized. We use it as a resource for our Airbnb and Vrbo business. Wallace was a great employee who went out of his way to make it easy for me to pick up and buy some tile that I needed right away because a washing machine that I have purchased from Home Depot will be arriving in a couple of weeks and we have to get this tile laid in the laundry room as soon as possible.
