The tools & household products at Bitterlake are in good shape, & HD offers a nice array of comparatively priced leading brand products. There is always an employee available to ask any pertanent questions. HD at Bitterlake is where I purchase major appliances & also gardening plants & equipment. One of the Best Garden Centers around !

I had to return a faulty item and Willette helped me to get the refund. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience and was satisfied with the result of the interaction. I'll definitely recommend Home Depot to a friend, and specially, work with Willette if they have any issue to solve. She is amazing on customer service!

First, employees are helpful - on my last visit Tristan not only price matched my items but he loaded them on a cart! So helpful. I've shopped other Home Depot stores but this one is well organized, really well stocked, parking is great - plus it's next to an El Camion food truck!! Who could ask for more?

Tina took a real interest in our kitchen remodel ideas and she was a great asset to getting our dreams realized. She had ideas that we had never thought of. She was well versed in what finishes and options were avialable in the cabinet line we selected. Her knowledge of the KraftMaid catalog and what they have avialable is extensive as well. And she was adept at how to incorporate ideas we had into a workable, functional design. She also took time with us to show us all the counter options avialable to us and the advantages of each. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen design.

Jeremy helped us in the Paint Department and we're so happy we met him and had his expertise available to help us understand the what, where, why of paint application, paint quality and process of paint jobs! We'll definitely go to him first every time

On my last two trips to Home Depot, I actually got personal shoppers to help me find and pick out the best products for me! WOW! Talk about easy, fast and feeling confident about my purchases.

This store is full of employees that are willing to help. I would recommend it just based on that fact. Plus they are the closest store you will find if you are working in North Seattle!

On numerous visits, I have always found staff consistently helpful, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to help me find what I'm looking for, or explain how things work, or help with checking out or making returns. They are super, and make this store my first destination for home improvement materials.

I find the employees are often knowledgable former contractors. If I present a problem to them, they often make suggestions that might help me, and save me mistakes. That means everything to a homeowner of a century-old home!

Help is often hard to find. Your employees usually seem quite busy so it's often a challenge to find an employee to assist me.

I needed some pieces of metal of a certain length and with holes drilled at specific intervals. None of the mending plates on sale fit my needs, so Ben the Hardware Associate got a hacksaw and a drill and cut/drilled a bar of metal into what I needed. Thanks again, Ben!

Out of the many Home Depot's I have been to, the staff at Bitterlake truly stand apart. They are friendly, knowledgeable and work as a team. Excited to be going back.

its amazing how consistent the front end is at this home depot location, but it's consistently horrible. they have trouble hiring cashiers so there are never enough to handle the volume of customers, and the ones they do have know they can't get fired and work extremely slowly.

I love shopping with you. I got all my remodel appliances either by ordering online and picking up, or being delivered. I just got my new riding mower with free delivery. It arrived on time.

This store offers self checkout. I wasn't once bothered by a store employee while shopping.

I had very good experience with the employees at Pro Desk several times. Specially CLARISSA is awesome.
