I seem to end up at this Home Depot weekly and always impressed with the staff there, the selection and the organization. Good people, great store.

I had a complicated order cancel. The Returns associate handled it very well - patient, thorough - she knew exactly what to do. She clearly explained what the next steps were and it got resolved. Well done!

Kaan, who helped us pick out blinds for all our windows ( 10+) was very friendly and patient while we made our choices from scratch.

Hats off to Anh ( Anna ) she was so nice during checkout and also made sure all the spider wraps were removed. She even got excited when I got a Milwaukee extra off for buying multiple accessories.

The associate, Haben, at customer service, went above and beyond to make my return/exchange pleasant and fast! He is one of a kind. I got assistance immediately and he did not take any other calls or get distracted at any time.

Staff very courteous and enthusiastic. No problem getting assistance when needed. Store seemed generally clean and well stocked despite COVID-19 pandemic business stresses.

I went to this store to look for some screen doors, moldings and some towel racks for our bathroom. I had ordered some blinds for our house awhile ago and was wondering about the status of our order. I approached the counter and spoke to Samantha and she was helpful and friendly but was perplexed to find out that the blinds were already delivered and ready to go and why we have not heard from the installer - so she gave me the information to call with the PO #. That was good. However, when I was going to look at something else, I saw Jose Cruz who did the paperwork and ordered the blinds for us. I told him what transpired at the counter and he made sure that we will hear from the installer by making a note on the computer for a follow up. That was re-assuring to know that someone is willing to help out and understand our concerned as a customer. He also assisted me in the molding section, explained the type of moldings and price difference. He was really nice, friendly and what a great guy. Thank you for your help and assistance Jose!

Upon entering the store today it was a total mess. Everything was in the isle and not on the shelves. Does no one stock in this store. It was so hard to get around that I was almost run over by a forklift. When I ask an employee way the store was like this I was told that there was a lack of night stocking crew. I realize that it is a very competitive market right now to hire new staff, but to stay competitive in this market Homedepot needs to step up and start paying a more livable wage to it’s employees and start offering hiring bonuses, just like every other business in the area is doing.

Erin from Appliances Department is a terrific staff. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and with outstanding customer service.

My recent visit to this location was very pleasant. Many of the employees were cheerful and welcoming. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the store was not so crowded that I could take my time in doing so. When I arrived at checkout, I was greeted by several cashiers who were nice enough and made good conversation. It was the first time in a while that I went to a retail establishment where the employees seemed like they were actually happy. I definitely felt the positive vibes. My cashier, Dolores, was super nice and really made me feel good about shopping at the store. Thank you, Dolores!

Very helpful and friendly staff every time I come in. Which is several times a week. I am a professional, but even if you are a novice the staff there will help you out. Good deals too especially during holidays and special sales...I always spend more than I should on tools but I can't help myself when it's a great deal.

Gill in customer service absolutely handled my needs with an order issue while helping 3 other coworkers on top of working vigilantly to complete other tasks. It was busy, but she never cracked. Her natural customer service skills and composure are truly an asset to this store. Gill is awesome! 4 stars are for Gill. She was my 4th avenue of contact to resolve simple delivery order issue. No 5th star as this took up a ton of my time today.

I would have given this store Zero Stars, but MJ and Jazmine turned my experience into a five stars. I will name my first born MJ. Fantastic dude.

Great store. Multiple employees asked me for help and did not run away from me. As well AL was such a blessing to have help from. I felt so uplifted by AL's energy and assistance at self checkout.

There is one of your work’s name Dimitri form Texas from store number #4607 Seattle assisted me in the way to make sure I find what I was looking for, he really took a good care of me. His customer service was beyond my expectations( above and beyond) Home Depot needs more great employees like dimitri

Great store. This store, like most Home Depots is always busy. But that's a good thing. Because it means people like going there. I went in looking for something I saw online. When I got there, I asked Rick about it and he explained the drill I was interested in only came in a kit/package set or I'd have to order it online. I showed him the drill I was interested in and online it said it was available in this very store. As I pulled up the item, it instantly said it was unavailable. He explained sometimes they don't update right away online. He pointed out the kit that contained the drill I wanted. However, it was a good $80 more than I wanted for just the drill. He then offered to discount the kit $50! I accepted. However, it wasn't anywhere close by. He had to go to the overhead storage area to get it. And of course, it was underneath everything else. Rick not only went up to get it, but never complained and made sure I got the discount he offered. What a guy! Sure, I paid more than initially expected to, but I came away with the tool I wanted and another tool and a really nice experience with Rick. Yeah, I'll definitely come back to this store.

nice but loading assistance is awful and never show up

I had several questions on unrelated projects and found helpful team members willing and able to help, including where to find needed items in multiple departments. The store was clean, and the associates friendly and helpful.

The customer service at this store was top notch-- I was very impressed! I was greeted immediately upon entry and directed where I needed to go, and then Stacy, one of the sales associates, went above and beyond to help me find the gift my boyfriend wanted at a price I could afford. He was friendly, patient, understanding of my needs, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me to walk out of the store with the product today, versus having to find it online later. The cashier at checkout was quick and also friendly, chatting with me about my purchase, and helping to affirm that I bought the right product to meet my boyfriend's needs. I left feeling impressed at having had the best customer experience at a big box store in a long time!

This store usually has everything we need, most people are friendly and are happy to help. This is my to go store!
