Store need more efficient paersonal

I shop here because of Sandra. She is very helpful and is always willing to help out customer.She is a pleasure to be around and always makes people feel welcome.

The five star rating was for Maria the cashier , the rest of the store was no star couldn't find help , out of stock items that people need all the time SHOVEL'S

This HomeDepot store has the best employee from the other stores in the high desert. They are always willing to help us and if they are unable to they find another employee that is able to help. The store is clean and garden plants are well watered and cared for. That will be my main store to shop

Every employee I interacted with was very helpful and Dawn R who helped me at self check out was very nice and patient with me.

I went to Home Depot, recently to buy 2 pressure relief valves for my hot water heaters and a pressure switch for my well. They had everything I needed. The shelves are stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The garden department plants are great. This new emphasis on customer service is really making shopping at Home Depot a pleasure. Thank you to Home Depot for recognizing the importance of customers.

On a scale of 1-10 of all home depot stores I have been or worked in they get a 7. This is pretty good considering their corporate strategy of retail management. Customer service is more important than out of stocks and the two should be equal.

Home depot always have what I need for my home project at a better price and I make it point to shop a stores that like and support Donald Trump.

clean and great customer serv

Finding an employee was a bit difficult, but once we found one they were very friendly and helpful. The checker even gave us a pile of bags just because my wife mentioned we were running low on bags for delivering girl scout cookies. We got everything we needed quickly and easily.

This is a nice store. We've been able to find what we're looking for, and employees are generally helpful.

Went in for 2 tables and some small items, Sandra was great at the self check out. She bagged my smaller items for me and scanned it all which was helpful, all the while with a big smile. Thanks for great service and awesome personality, I will be back.

Amazing customer service

I definitely love going to stores and coming across employees that you can tell enjoy or at least make the best of their job. Although, all of the employees were helpful at this location I especially loved interacting with Sandra at checkout. She seemed very happy to help and was quite friendly. The employees and the way it was ran is not like it was about 2 years ago friendly service people wanted to help but unfortunately I don't know who's running the show but I hope they get that person out the other employees in the last past year and in the past have been some of the best employees I've had to help me out and now it's like a high school there , you could see the drama

I can always expect to be able to find most of my items & check out fairly quickly.
