Specifically says $2.48 for pack of 12 in left hand bottom of sign Nobody should pay $29.76 for 12 of these small flags. The employees were like robots and don’t care if customers return. Just absolutely shameful.

I have been doing a "make over" on the home and found the good folks very helpful in advising what to do and guidance on products to use.

My new kitchen tile love ❤️ it ! I go to Home Depot Apple Valley because every time I go I learn something new Home Depot is offering. Discounts, financing or they go out of their way to find out where I can find it in stock. Positive attitude not like some other places where employees are not happy to be at work.

Great selection in Garden shop

I’d shopped for a tool chest for quite awhile before making my purchase at Home Depot. I’m very satisfied with the product and efficient handling of each phase of my purchase.

Other stores do not have enough staff to answer questions. Home Depot always has enough employees to help and answer questions. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

For the first time ever I found an employee Damien at the front of the store and when I told him I needed 2 obscure items. He said let's take a walk and walked me to both of the items I needed! Usually if I can even find an employee they will tell me the isle # and it may or may not be on that isle. Damien obviously knows the store and how to go above and beyond to do his job. Deserves a raise and a promotion asap. Keep good employees happy.

I'm recovering from a car accident injury and the staff made it a point to stop and help me without me asking and even helped me load up my truck

I had a great experience this shopping this time last time there was a cashier on her phone and I hated that she totally ignored me. This time I was acknowledged and the checkout person was so nice and friendly. That is important to me.

does not matter what day or time of day staff is always there ready to help you with questions and/or location of items.

Pro Desk: Associates are RUDE, not trained and are unwilling to help, if you can avoid the pro desk or go to a different Home Depot you should do so with gusto!! You"ll be all the better for it! If you do go there and the associate with the log in initials of PDG0BMF ends up in front of you, you'll soon agree with this post.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are so pleasant and helpful.

I always find what I need that Home Depot. I always have help, if asked for. What I LOVE is they don't just say , when you ask where something is, oh it's on isle 15 they will say follow me I will show you. That is customer service.
