We recently moved to the Abilene area and have already been to this Home Depot store four times in the last month. Wow, they're great! Having relocated from Wisconsin we thought our local Home Depot was pretty good, but all the employees at this Abilene location are so very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. We're so grateful that we can count on this store for our home improvement needs.

Amber did a great job getting me lined out on the stuff I needed to complete the job.

Awesome people

Employees are very helpful. They don't run when they see you coming like another store we have here. So far everything we have bought there has held up well! That includes an electric stove, a maytag washer and we are waiting for a Maytag microwave to come in.

These employees go out of their way to help you. I had an issue with a Ridgid life time warranty on a battery. One of the ladies spent at least 45 minutes getting Ridgid on the line and helping get what I needed. There have been so many instances where I have been helped that I can not name them all. I just say "Thank You".

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Usually has great items in stock and new items to look at!

I just wanted to reach out to you and thank you for the help we received in the paint department by a great employee named James not sure of his last name. James gave us help when we really needed it and the advise we needed to make our painting project perfect.. James is very knowledgeable in his area and gives excellent advise as well as going above and beyond what most sales associates would. I will recommend Abilene home depot to all my friend and family as well as our church family. I also wanted to note that the paint department was clean and very user friendly. We found all we were looking for and then some.

Super selection, service, & better prices that the competitor; don't waster your time anywhere like I used to do, just stop here & be done!

Everyone is very friendly. I came in and was greeted. I was helped very quickly. Most Home Depot’s the associates make me feel as if they aren’t happy to be there and it shows, but here everyone was so sweet and nice. It’s great to go into a place and see happy faces and not mad ones. Melissa is a sweet heart and helped me with a smile on her face the whole time. Very sweet woman. Thank you Melissa! The store was also one of the cleanest stores I’ve seen. I’ve been to a few and this one by far looks the best. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your store.

Poor customer Service from Millwork at the Abilene Store. I've made over 12 calls and 7 visits to try to get replacement glass. They ordered once and it was wrong. It appears millwork works 11 - 5, they do not call when promised and they can't look up past orders. Everyone is friendly and promise to get it resolved but no one follows up.

The store was impressive with cleanness and friendly customer cares.

The store had a very good selection of the product I was shopping for and the salesperson extremely knowledgeable of the Ryobi Weed eater. The store as always was clean and items were well organized and easy to locate. From our salesperson to checkout, these two ladies had exceptional people skills. That is a rare quality in today's workforce. Thank you Homedepot for hiring people like Carol and London.
