Customer service here was great!

When purchasing tile to replace the tiles on a patio table purchased at The Home Depot, I had to return a box of broken tile. The customer service was absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond to help find tile in store that would fit the specifics for the table. I was helped by professional and friendly associates who were so kind and helpful. Thank you for your hard work and stellar customer service!

Prompt Help, Friendly Services, Clean Store, Clerk Nisi saved us money & opened a Home Depot Account

The employee Angel was his name, who was loading carts from the outside was considerate of my needs when I required assistance in loading up heavy items into the back of my vehicle. I didn't have to ask, he did it on his own merit.

the store always seems to be as clean as it can be (it's a construction/home improvement store, it's not a jewelry store) all of the employees have always been friendly and have always had answers to questions I had or help I needed. anymore I am to the point that I prefer going here, versus the big blue competitor a little further in town. I can be in and get what I need for my projects, get out fairly quick, and am back on the highway heading for home in a relatively short amount of time.

The store was clean and Brie at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

This Home Depot has a lot of great associates! Two examples are Antonio and Luis, they saw me about to load bags of leveling sand and immediately came over and offered to assist me. As they saw me checking out they again offered to assist me loading the bags into my truck. They weren't called or asked by anyone to do this, they both took it upon themselves to provide this exceptional customer service. There are many other associates throughout this store that will do the same. I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot.

Consistently friendly and helpful staff. Usually well stocked and organized aisles -- even the tiny items like screws, washers and electrical are kept organized. I'm always able to get in and out of that store quickly with most of what I need

The garden center was clean and neat. I found everything I needed quickly. Sheryl, an employee, helped me out. She was fast, efficient, and super friendly! I'll be back to this garden center for sure!

I have always had good experiences with the Abilene store. The employees seem to be well -trained and focus of customer service. I have recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher and replaced a Schlage lock at the this store. I continue to be pleased with their service.

This store is amazing!

This store is great! I have been in the construction business for a very long time and have dealt with many cities and many home improvement stores. This one is the best by far. I have never experienced a better managed store. The customer service is out of this world every single time I come in. The store is super organized and there is always someone there to help you with anything you need. Five start any day of the week!

This Home Depot is great. We spend a lot of time in this store and it has always delivered the best service and quality products. We have shopped at all the other improvement stores in this town but none compare to this one. Clean, organized, helpful, nice, friendly, knowledgeable. Zac has done above and beyond getting this store in order. I am impressed

Yes, the store is always clean. The employee that help me, went out of his way to help get me get the three boxes of chop saw that I needed that day. He also help me check out the the self check. Then he proceeded to take them and load unto my pickup without me having to ask him for help. He was so thoughtful and friendly.

I used the online pick up my pick up was ready in less than the time they allotted. I was helped immediately on my arrival and was out within in 5 to 10 minutes. I was very pleased with service and experience. I would recommend pick up to anyone who knows what they want and doesn't have time to shop, because they are exhausted after a long day.

Coming here to buy something? Pack your lunch and hope you get out before your retirement starts. Pathetically slow help. Poor register service. Non responsive management. Must be out fishing or something. There are some great people working here but they cannot make up for poor leadership in the store. Just think the district manager, buyers, merchandise managers, corporate customer service managers just don’t seem to care either or this store would have been fixed by now. Fix your displays become customer friendly. If you do not know how call me. Thank you.
