[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 20 year old cooktop. I am pleased with the continuous grate so that I can slide my pots around.

The only thing that was not told to me was that I needed a 110 v receptacle installed under cook top for the igniter. Otherwise we are using an extension cord and cooking is great.

This cooktop looks great, and the grate that sits over the burners is very well made and sturdy, BUT the grate sits way too high above the actual flame, so it's almost impossible to even boil water with this stove. I think it would be a great product if the grate was closer to the flame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved in and had a Whirlpool cooktop in our last house that was laid out better. With the space front and center carved out for the controls, this cooktop has limits on what can be placed on each burner. I tend to cook with 3-4 pot/pans at once, so having only a small space for the two front burners is less than ideal. Our previous model had a rectangular configuration, with was much more useful.The burners are far from the grate surface, so boiling water takes longer than previous as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I great cook top that distributes heat evenly and makes it easier to move pots and pans around on the cook top. Whirlpool is a brand I trust and their products are well made and dependable.

This cook top was installed by the previous home owners 15 days before we bought our house.It looks very sleek and great, easy to clean and metal finish is stain resistant, but for my kind of cooking, not so functional. I cook twice a day at least, I feel it does not have enough space, if I put a big sauce pan on the bigger burners, it is difficult to use the small burner under it. Both bigger burners are in the back, which is not the most convenient design, I would prefer one big burner in the front. Most importantly, the grill is TOO raised, it takes way too long for the pans to heat up and for the food to get cooked, they really need to make flat grills to fit on top as an option.

The installation was very easy since the counter opening was already the proper size. Could not be any happier.

When there is a spill, as usual, just lift grates & wipe clean. So easy.Just be careful never to use a metal scrubber to cleaned dried or burned foods. The stainless scratches.

It looks beautiful but had it one year and the knobs have cracked so you can't use them. The grates keep slipping and scratches the stovetop. Easy to clean, but the 30" is way too small to cook on. Recommendation please put the serial and model number on the top of the stovetop, because mine is sealed in. Can you recommend where we can find replacements parts?
