Cleaned layer upon layer of mop glo and Bona floor shine off my wood floor in one application. Be prepared for backbreaking work though. Do a small section at a time and loosen the gloop with a plastic putty knife. My floor looks brand new!!

This stripper seems to be very good. I have stained concrete with years of wax build up. Will this product work on concrete? Will it' strip out the stain?

the stuff didn't work

I used this product on both my porcelain tile and my hardwood floors, on which I had previously used both Bona floor shine and Quick Shine. I used Trewax half strength, applying it with a foam brush in small sections, let it work for 5 minutes, then used either a large putty knife or a widget to scrape the "melted wax" off, scooping it up with a paper towel. I rinsed the area with cool water several times. Both floors look like new again. I do suggest adequate ventilation though the odor is low, as well as thick vinyl gloves when applying and scraping up the product. I would highly recommend this product and will never again use a floor shine on my floors. The clean from this product brought back the shine of my floors.

Used this product on my engineered hardwood floor to remove streaked up wax. Trusting prior reviews I found it to work excellently. I worked in small areas on my hands and knees and it removed the wax and the floor looks great. The container says not for hardwood but the results were good.

Nothing is easy about stripping wax off hardwood floors however, this did the job, and did not ruin the flooring.

THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST. I USED IT ON MY WOOD FLOORS AND IT MADE MY FLOORS LOOK BRAND NEW. I WILL NEVER USE A FLOOR POLISH AGAIN.

This product is the only one I've found that strips years of old wax accumulation off of sealed hardwood floors! My twenty year old floors look like they are new again.

Great product!

Good product but still have to remove wax by hand, it makes the wax loose but it does not come out by it self when it's applied.

This is an excellent product!! Our wood floors were refinished >10 years ago. We used Trewax and are floors look fantastic again. The key is to work in small sections at a time n don’t let the stripper dry. We did use a plastic scrapper to help remove the wet wax rinse the floor 2 times afterward

I had to keep applying this Trewax Wax Remover over and over to get the wax to come off of my hardwood floor. On the can, it said you might have to apply a 2nd coat and use a stiff brush. I had to apply this junk numerous time and use a metal scraper to get the wax off.

It removed that horrible Bona wood floor polish when nothing else would. Gray product!

It isn’t often a product does what it claims. Trewax wax remover is better than advertised. Lots of elbow grease but great results. Now I don’t have to have the floor refinished.

Product worked as stated. Had floors with 8 years of build up wax, diluted product as directed, applied to floor allowed product to work, brushed a bit to assist with break down of wax, then mopped away, until water was clear..

It works great but on heavy build up it takes 3 to 4 Times longer than the instructions say. It is the best removal agent I have used in 40 years the old one was removed from the market by the EPA then.

The stuff is goooood!!!!
