A:  Hi Stacy, As this is a water-based product, it is not recommended for use on unsealed/unfinished flooring because it can soak into cracks/crevices and cause lifting/swelling of the wood. A:  I’m not sure but I just used all over my wood floors to remove what appeared to be scratched floors but was just layers of scratched wax from past years. My floors look new and shiny without adding any product. I will never use floor polish again.

A:  Hello, This will depend on the amount of buildup. We recommend starting with 5 parts water to 1 part stripper, but you can do up to a one to one ratio. For questions or more information, please contact consumersupport@beaumontproducts.com. Thanks, The Trewax Team

A:  I didn't dilute it, used a spray bottle and lots of paper towels, does a fantastic job stripping floor wax from urethane floors.

A:  I did. Diluted it in water and sprayed it in sections, scrubbed and then sprayed with water and wiped it off. Neglected and dingy floors sparkled after using this product. Don’t forget to put a protectant on your wood floors after using this.

A:  Hi Debbie, As this is a water based product, it should only be used on wood that is sealed/finished. Using on raw/unfinished wood can allow the product to soak into cracks or crevices and cause lifting or swelling of the wood. We recommend testing in a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure desired results. For questions or more information, please contact consumersupport@beaumontproducts.com. Thanks, The Trewax Team

Our Trewax Heavy Duty Floor Stripper is a water based product and should only be used on sealed/finished wood, as using on raw, unfinished/unsealed wood can result in the product soaking into cracks or crevices and cause lifting or swelling.
