Good value for the money. Only issue with it is the design of the side panel attachments don't allow for an airtight seal. The accordion piece simply rests gently between the top and bottom plastic bars allowing air and light to come through across the entire area at the top and bottom where they meet.

Remote stop working a week after I bought it.

I got two of these on sale for ~$100 each two years ago. It worked well in my sons room, but I had issues with my room staying cool. It mostly did the job and I stayed cool for two summers in CT. The bad: water pools in the back of the AC and it gets nasty. It only cools if you set it to max cool and high cool. It’ll make your electric bill really high, since it runs 24/7 if you need the room to stay cool. I recommend spending a few bucks more for an AC that has temperature control.

Does not blow cold at all!

remote control doesn't work. remote control looks like a problem and verse quality. also aircondion sound high not 52db more then 80db.

Ran for 4 months and shut down, fan stopped running and no cool after about one hr of use

This unit was "ok" for just over 3 yrs and that's all it lasted. Then it died and I only have about the room is only about 125 sq ft. My last GE unit lasted over 8 yrs. Toshiba did NOTHING for me. Don't buy it!

I had a feeling this price was too good to be true. It’s lasted less than a year and quit blowing cold air. I always clean filters so that’s not it. Just typical low cost junk from oversea.

It is cooling my wonderfully.
