The kids love it. After finally getting it assembled, ital seems quite sturdy and it'll probably last a long time. The instructions are lacking though. Considering there's approximately 150 bolts (and nuts and washers), you'd expect a bit more clarity and thought-out wording in the instructions. They're very vague and are more of just a reference than a guide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Super Tube Slide because it was literally the only one I could get my hands on after 4 months of trying. It's definitely a good quality product, but it was monstrously difficult to put together, and I'm pretty good at this stuff (I was adding to my custom and homemade playset). The main problem is that many of the predrilled holes din't line up properly, and the material isn't flexible enough to manipulate to make the bolts fit easily (which of course is a good thing when it comes to the toughness and longevity of the product). It took an entire day and a lot of elbow grease and some creativity to make it all work. Now that it's together, it's wonderful, but beware that it won't be easy to get this up and running.

Lay the pieces in the sun to warm up to ease assembly (when possible) It adds flexibility to the clamshells. Insert 3 or 4 big phillips screwdrivers into the bolt holes when aligning clamshells, again to ease assembly. Well worth the effort, awesome slide that the grandkids can't stay out of. Mounted ours to the DECK, guests laugh when they see it. Too fun

The product itself seems really rugged and sturdy. I can't wait to put it together. It did not come with instructions. So I am trying to reach out to Homedepot to get a copy of instructions. Hopefully I will hear from them otherwise this slide will be useless

Let's start with assembly. Those that mentioned it took 8 hours to assemble must have been doing something wrong. It took me 2 hours and that was with some difficult alignment. Yes you will need to get creative with some of the bolt holes. But overall it was not to hatefull. I assembled it a little different from the directions. I assembled and mounted the collar to the playset and then assembled each elbow individually. I then mounted them one by one on the playset. Didn't have to use 2 people that way. As for some comments about the lower elbow bracket, read the directions. It isn't supposed to sit flush on top. it should have a gap on one end and sit at an angle. The back part that screws into the playset will draw in when you run the screws through and sit flush as required. You may need to do some trimming on some of the flanges to get the pieces to mate flush from section to section. Even with having to do all this I still did it in under 2 hours. I picked this thing up delivered free for $280 on sale. Well worth it. It sat for 6 months until I got around to installing it and when I finally opened the box..... no hardware. One call to Swing-n-Slide and they shipped all the hardware (and it was a lot) no questions asked within a few days. I spoke with a live human in the United states who was very helpful. Great customer service and once assembled the slide is solid. It holds my 200 lb frame with no problems.

Slide parts for tub all had to be forced into place during assembly, once it was mounted though it seems solid and the kids love it. given the low price I'd say I paid in labor for the savings probably but in the end I had more time than I did money for the project.

It was hard to find information when looking at slides online, but I'm glad we bough this one (despite the high shipping cost!). This slide is both fast (and therefore fun) and has a scoop at the end so my kids don't go flying off! Installation was reasonable and it is strong enough that adults can slide down it (I have!).

Slide is OK and works for small children but when it's really hot and the sun is shining bright outside be careful. I've had this slide bend and the bottom go flat in this outdoor condition. During cooler weather and/ or overcast outside there hasn't been any issue. We ordered a thicker slide to replace this one.

Came with no hardware. 3 weeks working with the swing & slide company and still nothing! Very disappointed considering the price.

Quality control on this item was horrible. I had to drill some holes of my own. The measurements for this thing are off as well. I wish I had not purchased this item

Came as advertised. Holding up well so far. The kid loves it. Warning: absolute pain to put together with vague instructions. Took 3 adults about 7 hours total to place on existing structure.

So far seems very sturdy, not too difficult to put together with 2 people. Kids love it. Note: I decided to buy a concrete deck block and build a modified base to go under the exit of the slide as the manual provides instructions for constructing a wood one, but wood should not be in contact with the ground or it will rot.

Somewhat difficult to assemble, slide is thin plastic and the hole are hard to get to line up, once I finally got it together the kids love it!

Putting the slide together took A LOT of time, even though I used a drill when instructions said to hand tighten all the bolts...think like 150+ bolts. Instructions were not well written or illustrated. Slide is steep for young children. But overall I'm happy with the purchase now that its assembled

Assembly difficult, the directions were horrible. Once you get it together it is sturdy and kids love it. Poorly packaged, the box was falling apart and resulted in lost fasteners. Two person assembly needed.

I brought 2 swings in purple. The color is vibrant and beautiful. The swings are heavy and sturdy. The bottom half of the chains are coated in plastic of the same color to protect little fingers. The quality is amazing! Very happy.
