We received this UPS and the package looked rough. We received 2 parts that were damaged. Customer service did not hassle us and got the parts sent out. It meets my needs for my vacation rental property. Looks good and fairly solid. However the corners stick out and you catch your shin on it when walking around the corner.

This is a replacement for an identical bed. The original broke, the platform is particle board and it cracked in several places. I purchased the new one and reinforced the platform before my 130 lb. teenager began to use it. The best feature is that the base is enclosed to prevent teen boy stuff from going under the bed

Bedtime story platform is a great product and was easy to put together. I definitely recommend this product.

The package arrived in good condition and earlier than expected. The assembly was not difficult and all the parts were there. We have had it for a month and we still liked it. I just wish the edge was rounded and not square as it is, since I bought it for my ten-year-old. Otherwise, I would order another.

The product is as advertised. But for me, i would have preferred additional height.

This product is horrible...I understood it was press board but you should at-the-least be able to put it together with out the wood cracking and splitting. It's a big mess that I'm going to have to repair with real wood. I wasted my money.

The box showed up almost torn threw which was possibly the USPS drivers fault because it was extremely heavy. The pieces and holes didn't line up so it was useless to have the directions. Once we redrilled new holes it looks decent and its sturdy.

It is very cheaply made. The instruction is also not very helpful. The four corners don't fit and the finish looks terrible. After trying to put them together and find out that the corners don't meet and fit, it's too late to take it down and return. I would never buy this if I knew this and will never recommend this product to my friends.

My daughter couldn't wait for me to have time, so she borrowed my drill and put it together with a little help from her 14 year old sister. We have been using it a couple weeks now and have no complaints. It is quiet and sturdy, I'm glad we found it!

Easy to assemble, sturdy, economical, and has a great zen/spa-like appearance. Love it!

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old. I wanted to make sure she couldn't shove anything under the bed, and that the frame of the bed was low enough that she didn't need help climbing in. This frame met my needs. It was reasonably easy to put together, but watch out folks, the shipping box it comes in is HUGE, long, and completely heavy. The frame is solid; our little monkey can't even make the bed creak when she jumps on it. The only complaint I have is that we bought the "matching" headboard with this frame. Beware; there are zero screw holes to tighten the headboard to the bed frame; and there is a low horizontal edge that my monkey has bonked her head on as she heads towards her pillow. We've since cushioned it with a swimming noodle, but otherwise, both were reasonable and worth the investment!

the instructions were horrible and overall it's a really cheap product. Everything practically started falling off after we assembled it. It took all day to do it.

Boards were broke when we received this probably from damage during shipping and as we were loading it back up for return others broke as we were lifting like it was made of rotten wood. Just crumbled. Horrible quality.

For the price this is a pretty good quality platform bed. Relatively easy to assemble and doesn't make any noise. It is pretty heavy to make sure you have it exactly where you want it before putting the mattress on it.

It is simple and easy to assemble. It looks modern and simple. Perfect size for full bed.

The bed is exactly what we expected and was easy to assemble.

I'm happy with my purchase. However, I found when attaching the final details they didn't really align and that the screws were difficult to completely submerge into the wood. I ended up using wood glue which worked, but would preferred not to have used it.

The platform gives me a solid surface to sleep on, which is better for my back than the mattress I had. Since the top surface of the bed is not covered, and the material is particle board, the odor is apparently there. After leaving it for a few days and place a futon on it, the odor is much reduced. I still like this product for the price.

Good product, easy to assemble, looks nice! The only problem is that the box was damaged during shipping, but fortunately, the product itself wasn't damaged.

Easy to assemble. The side mouldings should be rounded on the outside. It would make it easier to get out of bed.

Extremely difficult to screw the moldings to the bed. The instructions were adequate and fairly easy to follow. The only exception of course was the molding around the bed.
