Was very disappointed to find a piece missing. I had people over to set it up for me and then had to wait 10 more days for the piece to arrive and then get people over again to finish setting it up. This is very disappointing.

It’s was crappy and I took down in like 2 weeks because of the wind

I was pretty happy with this shelter, it fits my smaller bulldozer perfectly. Set up wasn’t too tough but not all the metal posts were clearly marked and it led to some confusion. I would recommend tho.

Now that we finally have it up I think it’s great. But it did take 2 of us 2 days. Some of the poles either didn’t have numbers or they were smeared. Also, if you’re unfamiliar with ratchets watch a YouTube video first and there are no written instructions for building this so pay close attention to the pictures.

The tent was very easy to put together. Also, it is withstanding the harsh weather we are having right now.

Set up was pretty straightforward. Once you get the hang of it you just repeat. Have a ladder or step stool as it’s tall in the middle. Great value for money so far.

The DESIGN of this model is excellent, a great improvement over a model I bought many years ago. BUT, the quality is very poor: painted, not powder-coated; burrs had to be ground off, or parts wouldn't fit; ID #'s smeared so were unreadable; rust inside tubes, already. Made in China. Customer support didn't care - remained silent.

If the instructions were in writing instead of pictures it would have probably been easier to assemble. One thing for sure is you definitely need at least 2 people to put it together. Maybe give more instruction about not tightening the nuts and bolts during assembly because some are removed 2 or 3 times during that process. They say pictures are worth 1000 words but those words would have made assembly much easier.

If you buy the lower cost version it will last a year if you are lucky. So go for quality and buy the 10 year covering which gives you quality.

The cover deteriorated in less than a year. I submitted a claim they never responded. The 1 year warranty expired and I was left with a cover full of holes.

It's executive what I needed.

Was very labor intensive to put together. I have put together a different brand that was much easier. Also the outer shell does not fit well it’s loose in the top sides. But it does keep everything dry and protected.

I bought this and as I was assembling it I had a lot of problems because the markings for part numbers on the bars were missing or unreadable they did a terrible job marking the numbers so you know what bar was which they might as well have left it all blank. Second they didn’t drill a few holes in the bar where the screws enter not sure how that passed quality control.. but I used my drill and made the holes that should have been there.. I would have never bought this thing if I’d known all the problems right out of the box. I purchased this at Warrenton Oregon location

I only looked up this email to find my receipt because the zipper has come undone on one side I’ve only actually open the door maybe eight times in a few months

Product was hard to put together but we got it! Two people working on it was better then one

The hardware to assemble nuts and bolts were all in one bag and the difference in each size was slight making sorting confusing. The assembly instructions was also confusing and lacking. There definitely has to be a better way. Best in Class Tightening is a joke. This will be the last ShelterLogi product I will buy.

I assembled this by my self out took 4.5 hours, supplied screw hold downs did not work for me due to ground conditions, instead I used ratcheting straps to pier blocks from main ridge, square the frame and it goes up fast, straight and tight.

It blew away in the wind.
