Not home depot fault. But none of the poles were marked. And the ones that were marked you can't read them. Horrible. If I didn't set the same exact one up it would have been going back. Shelterlogic needs to get their crap together.

We were shorted one piece but received it in a few days. It was about 4 hours to put up. 2 hours with 4 people. 2 hours with 2 people. It seems to be very sturdy as we have had some high winds and it is still standing. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about buying one. You won't be disappointed...

i would NOT recomend, its top bars are spaced...
i would NOT recomend, its top bars are spaced tooooo far apart aproximately 4 ft apart enabling water or snow to build up and tare the roof

These shelters are susceptible to precipitation buildup as stated in the manual. This can be alleviated by using a broom or a similar object to remove the snow or rain from the cover.

very difficult to build. we were 3 adults trying for 2 days. We gave up and returned the product. Thanks to Home Depot we could return with no questions asked.

Great material. Excellent for what it is. Gave it 4 stars because upon taking inventory I was missing an item that prevented assembly to begin with. Contacted customer service for Shelter Logic, great and friendly service. Had no issues and recieved the missing part within days of calling.

Go to Harbor Freight, you'll save $60 and have a...
Go to Harbor Freight, you'll save $60 and have a much better product. 3 days after setting up both shelters, a wind storm hit with 60 MPH gusts. Tore the shelter logic tarp to shreds and the earth anchor connectors pulled apart. The Harbor Freight stood sturdy and no issues. Shelter logic is GARBAGE!

Well thought out. Took us two days to assemble going slow (senior citizens). The manufacturer stands behind their product; we had to contact them about some minor tears on the fabric which apparently was caused by the metal in shipping package. They replaced it right away. Would recommend.

The roof tarp doesn't overlap the door tarp, so there are openings on the top corners. Also the assemble was a pain. Bars are not easy snap in and has ties at all connection.

I ordered two of them... easy to put up and...
I ordered two of them... easy to put up and all the parts were there, they seem to be a strong unit,
And we will see if they will make it through the winter, rain, wind and snow. I live next to the coast and we get up to 60 mph winds.... they are held down with the screw pegs that was supplied by the company and there are buildings around them, so I will see if they make it.
