Second one i have owned in the last 2 winters of montana. I used them for shelters to get warm in on the job sites for the crews. They hold up great in the elements if you take the time and errect them correctly. Great product

We received a 12' snow fall shortly after assembly. The top collapsed under the weight, metal pulls bending and breaking. Damaged our stored ATVs. The warranty won't cover it. 12" is not a lot of snow fall. Thin walled tubing is to blame.

On the positive side, this is pretty easy to put together. It is large and tall, so help is all but necessary to successfully complete the construction. Unfortunately, it's not waterproof.. really not even water resistant. It's not that there are holes in the fabric, there are not. It's that rain and snow soak through the fabric. I have to use separate tarps over the items I've stored inside the shelter in order to keep them dry. Kind of defeats the overall purpose.

Augers were difficult to install due to my terrain.

We’ve had this up for less than a year to store our riding mower and other yard work items. It was awesome until a few weeks ago when we saw a tear beginning to form near the edge of the tent tarp. I reinforced it with duct tape both inside and outside. Not even two weeks later another tear started. We found one more rip randomly on the side panel that looks like a straight tear in the material. For how much this thing costs, I would expect the cover to last at least an entire year! So disappointed and worried my stuff will get destroyed if we ever have snow this winter!

So far so good. Time will tell. Went up fairly easy.

The good shelter the reason for the average rating is after all that time putting it together there was one piece missing

I gave 3 stars due to how the shelter was packed. The back of the shelter had 4 half moon holes due to the poles pushing through the fabric. By the time we saw it, we felt that duck tape would copy them well enough. The outside packing looked as though it was opened then taped shut. Other then those issues it is holding up to the winds we have had lately and the heavy rain.

I was completely disappointed with this tent. Would have returned it had I not needed it promptly. Missing pieces. Had three center brackets and one end piece. Had to make my own from an old tent part and use a rod on another area to hold the poles together as it had given me the wrong part numbers. Very dissatisfied overall.

Only had it up 2 weeks but so far it's a great solution. Had some wind and it didn't blow away. Made a pallette/OSB floor for it and screwed it down. Didn't use any anchors.

We had a suprise storm and the poles ripped apart. They wanted twice the cost of a new one fust fo a dizen new poles

The quality of this kit seems really good. Fairly straight forward to put together and decently sturdy for what it is. That being said: sorting those screws is one heck of an annoying job!!! Is there a reason they can't be labeled or at least have some identifying marks between them other than a 2 mm size difference?! Lol

Didn't come with all the right parts. Had to go to another home depot and buy a second one to complete build

took alot of time to assemble solo, but outstanding product once assembled

no paper on putting together, took 4 hours, not to heavy, need better directions

The instructions were poor. Quality os fair but it is definitely not a long term solution

It went up easy, looks good. Make sure you anchor it well….

I've purchased two 10/20 shelters. They both are still standing. One of them is over five years. Showing signs of wear but still useable. The second is on its third year and is perfect. The secret to the long-lasting life is all in the prep work. Installing with direct ground contact is going to lead to problems. Lay out the frame. Level the ground. Stake pressure treated 2/6 planks in place. Secure the frame with lag bolts to the frame. On the inside use ratchet straps on each leg to the 2/6. If the forecast is calling for wind, cross brace the interior with ratchet straps. I live in Massachusetts. We have all kinds of weather. The last snowstorm gave us two feet of snow. I had to remove the snow a few times. Still standing. My opinion is if your shelter didn't fail you did!

It works as needed. Only on is that the instructions are a bit confusing to some people.

I purchased this and it lasted a solid month. One wind storm and the pipes busted inside eachother where it connects. Structure was unrepairable. It was flimsy and not worth the money.
