This microwave is all that you expect from Sharp. It fills the space beautifully and looks perfect under the counter. It works wonderfully. I love my under the counter microwave and so does my new kitchen.

The stainless steel microwave looks great and works great. Quick delivery. Arrived in perfect condition.

It matches well with my other stainless steel kitchen appliances. It’s very easy to operate. One down side though is finger prints readily show as smudges on the outer metal surfaces. So it has to be wiped off continuously.

Really liked this microwave we got in our house in 2013, no complaints at all until out of nowhere had some sort of electrical issue and A burning plastic smell started coming out of unit and then it went out of commission. While it was 7 years old, I would like to believe that a microwave at this price point would last at least 10 years to 15 years. Somewhat disappointing.

Every thing is great except it didn’t have a vent fan on it

I purchased this for a very specific place in my kitchen. Waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered. When we opened the box it looked huge. Needless to say it was too big for my space. The problem occurred when I went by THEIR external measurements. They are way off! Very disappointed. It was a beautiful looking oven however I never even plugged it in.

It is the same microwave I purchased in 2004. My first one really lasted 16 years. This one seems fine but the turntable squeaks when it turns so it is a bit annoying. Otherwise I’m hopeful this one will last another 16 years.

Powerful and stylish, we replaced our old microwave with the same model.

I was forced to replace my high end Kitchenaid microwave with this Sharp model as it was the only Over the Counter brand that would fit the space exactly. It cost a fraction of what my previous one did put performs even better in all areas and looks great! I highly recommend it! Excellent performance at a low price!

This microwave is not suitable for over the counter. It cannot be installed above a range and will only work as a counter top microwave which is not what we needed. I will return the product as soon as I am able to go to the store.

During a remodel project of our kitchen we removed a microwave/oven combination wall unit and installed a new slide-in oven on the other side of the kitchen. We were looking for an over-the-counter microwave to hang in the space under the cabinet where we had removed the wall unit. All of the over-the-range microwave units were too wide for the space we had available and this Sharp model was the only microwave we could find that met our space requirements. We have been using a Sharp Carousel R-410C 1100 watt counter top model that we purchased on 7/2/2000 and it still works just fine, except the carousel turntable quit rotating several years ago, so we know Sharp makes a quality microwave. The installation went without a hitch, thanks to the templates provided with the installation instructions. We have been using it for several weeks now and couldn't be more pleased. I have read reviews, however, that have reported issues after two or three years of use with the touch control pad located on the door but so far we have not had any problem.

Solid product

A replacement for the exact one mounted in a very specific space.

Exactly what we were looking for.The size was key as it was a replacement unit. Quality and functionality all excellent.

A replacement for a 12 year old version. It was a pain getting the old one off the wall, but the new one went on easy and without much issue. Hopefully this one will last another 12 years. We will remodel the kitchen by then.

Great fit below a cabinet - good features

Expensive, but is small enough to perfectly fit my cabinet. Seems to have nice features and is fairly quiet. Good power.

The microwave is great and very attractive. Installation is tricky but it is up and looks great!

I bought this microwave to replace the exact same unit in my 16 year old home. The old one had a lot of stuff go wrong, so I wouldn't have chosen this same microwave, but given the odd/small size, I couldn't find another one that would fit in the opening of my custom cabinets. Works great!

Easy to install and use and seems to working just fine, like it very much.
