Installed this unit a short time ago and everything seems to be working well. It looks good. Task light is nice, but it could be brighter ( it is a very “soft” light ). It is heavier than you might think, and easier to hang with 2 people. Anchor it well. Home Depot would be better off to wait a couple months before asking for a review of products like this so that operation can be better rated.

Perfect fit for replacing exact same model that I've had for 18 years in which the LED screen went bad. Did not have to use the new back plate or hardware for hanging it.

Love this micro. Have had the same model since 2007. So glad it is still in production!

I am most happy that this model was a perfect replacement for our 19 year old Sharp Over-the Counter model. Once we were able to figure out how to take the old one down, the new one installed easily using the same wall hardware. In fact, the owner's manuals were almost identical. The old unit still worked but numbers no longer lit up which made it hard for guests at our house, lol.

I think the dimensions are slightly off. Height is about 1/8 inch taller than stated. Also has a scratch on the top of mine, looks like something rubbed on it. Shouldn't show but still it should be perfect. The shipping box was fine.

This was a replacement of the same model that lasted for 16 years of daily use. Very happy with the original and looking forward to as many years of use with this replacement.

I just bought this microwave but it is making a very loud noise. It seems to have a fabrication defect. I will return it and buy a different product.

Very pleased with this microwave so far. It looks good and works well.

The model is not listed of course but I just wanted to say they last a very long time. 26 years is just crazy.

Had to replace this unit which was installed as part of a kitchen in remodel in 2007. It’s a great product and this one is an exact replacement for the original one. Thank you Sharp Company. It does sound a little different when it starts running, but works perfectly.

working well so far after about a month

I replaced a KitchenAid microwave and the new Sharp used the same wall mount and the same holes that were in the top cabinet. Made for a very easy installation.

It was a perfect replacement for my old Sharp 2007 unit that died. Appears to be the same quality as the old unit and I hope to get the same number of years from the new unit as the old one. Would definitely recommend to others considering this unit.

I had purchased this microwave in 2003 and it lasted until 2022! Thank God they still make it the exact same size because it is a built in and finding a replacement could have been a nightmare. It's been installed and has pretty much the same controls as the old one. I'm very happy with this purchase.
