We had this same model for 14 years, so when it started having issues (abnormal noise) we bought a new one. I like it very much.

do not buy this model they blow out right out of the box. Home Depot should pull these off there shelves.

We needed a microwave with specific dimensions to fit on a shelf in the kitchen. So many of the other models were 2-3 inches deeper. Since this was replacing my old microwave, i was looking for a sensor reheat and defrost option which we use all the time. I couldnt find a model that fit all my criteria. I decided to put in the model number and searched that way. Home Depot had the exact model, so i know it would fit and had my favorite features. In addition since we live near a HD warehouse, i ordered it 5 pm and got it before 10 am the next am. Perfect

I PUT A FILTER IN TO LOOK AT ONLY OVER THE RANGE. I DID NOT RELIZE OVER THE COUNTER COULD NOT BE PUT OVER A RANGE. AFTER OPENING BOX AND READING INSTRUCTIONS I FOUND OUT. SENT IT BACK AND REORDERED A DIFFERANT ONE.

we returned it, as it wasn't the type of microwave we needed. I'm sure it is a great microwave, just not what we could use.

I replaced the exact same microwave that i purchased 16 years ago. Always liked it.

Old design model. but very dependable. Replaced exact same model from 2007. Old one worked fine, but display failed.

No fan, but other features are above average.

We were glad to have followed our kitchen designer's recommendation to purchase this microwave as part of our new kitchen. It is compact, sits nicely above the counter top, and works for most of our needs. However, there are fewer features on this microwave compared to a full service model and it can be difficult to lift heavy dishes up into and out of the microwave. Still, it meets our needs and provides more free countertop space in our kitchen. It works well. The only issue is that it is hard to re-seat the turntable once you remove it for cleaning.

Very powerful and quiet. Well built.

We picked this oven after a lot of research, it's the only oven made to be built-in but less than 30" wide which is the standard for built-ins which are generally made for over-the-range use, and ranges are usually 30" wide. Our cabinet opening was 28" and was built to house an ordinary microwave oven on a built-in shelf. I removed the shelf and used this oven for a built-in, over-the-counter look. This oven seems well-designed and the installation kit well-engineered, was easy to install, works great, looks great.

So far so good. It looks good and functions as described. Happy with the purchase.

After 8 years of service our Sharp (Over The Counter) microwave oven died on us. Immediately thereafter, we purchased another sharp microwave, same model. During the time we had the first one, we had no complaints. Only once did we have to have a part replaced and that was after about seven years of usage. Our feeling was why buy another brand or model when the first one served us so well. My only fear is that in another 8 years or so, when it may be time to replace it once again, this model we love will have been discontinued! Just in case that should happen, we may have to buy another one and just store it away for safekeeping!!

We bought this microwave 7 mos. ago to replace the same model that was 10 yrs old in a house we just bought. The latch on the door on the old unit was loose and would not close completely. This is the only model we can find that is an over the counter unit that will fit our space. The reviews were not great but it seemed like our only choice. Others complained about problems with the door latch. I assumed it was due to user abuse. Now the door on THIS new unit will not open. The only way to open it is to hold down the button and use the other hand to pry open the door. Not happy. I've owned several microwaves and all have lasted for many years. Definitely not happy with this one.

Replaced one just like it. Works great and looks great. Glad the dimensions haven’t changed and it fit perfectly in built-in space.

I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet however it fits in the space I needed it for just perfect!
