I love the lift away container and the quietness of the machine. It struggles just a bit when vacuuming a low pile plush. I have had it for about a month after my last Shark died. Love this brand both for price and value.

Great suction poor tool storage
Vacuum has great suction. Incredibly poorly thought out tool storage that means all the attachments will disappear. Slight downside is lack of retractable power cord, which means if anyone else in my household uses it then the cord isn’t stored properly. Easy clean bin, fairly light and easy to use vacuum, angles around corners for faster cornering etc.

Love that it is bagless picks up the smallest pieces on the floor. There is really nothing that I don't like
about it. I have used it only a few times. Had it for about two weeks. Yes, so far, I am happy with my purchase.

Suction seems good. Works on cat hair. But as with most Shark uprights, there's not enough on-board storage for tools.

I'm sure the vacuum is fine but I returned it because THERE IS NO PLACE TO STORE THE EXTENSION WAND ON THE VACUUM. Weird, never seen a vacuum where all the accessories don't attach to the vacuum when not in use and I know I'll just loose the wand if I have to store it someplace separately.

Ordered online and picked it up in local. Assemble of the vacuum cleaner was easy. The Collection Canister is smaller than my other Shark Green model collection canister. I recommend purchasing this vacuum cleaner. Price was on sale.

great suction at a very good price. So good we bought 2 of them. Only draw back is the head isn't as wide as our last vacuum so you have to vacuum more. But all in all a great vacuum. would recommend.

Love this vacuum! Easy to put together and boy does it suck up the dirt! I like that I can take the hand-held cannister off and do my furniture, corners, etc. I highly recommend it!

its marketed as a pet vacuum, but i have to constantly pull the hair off of brush roller. The dirt canister is badly designed every time you empty it you got to use your hands to pull the dirt out cause it catches on the inside walls. the power cord is wrapped in a wonky location that you need to unwind it from the body if you use the extension hose, overall bad design ,but great suction.
