The best value for the money. I have four cats and this vacuum is amazing. I couldn’t believe how much dirt and cat hair it picked up from one area rug. I love it.

i have a thick rug which is the reason i bought the vacuum i don’t and won’t pick up visible dirt don’t recommend if u have plush rugs r carpet

Roller failed… in fact, never would spin. Returned the same morning as purchased and bought different brand.

Love this vacuum. Just purchased a new home and needed something that can handle LVP and carpet. This vacuum does the trick. It's kind of scary to see how much it picks up knowing all that dust has been in the air you breathe. Highly recommend! If I had to pick ONE thing that could be better, it's the hose on the right side. If you're not paying attention, it can come loose and impact the suction. I like the vacuum so much, I just decided I would deal with it and just pay attention.

Bought last week. It’s somewhat heavy but works as expected. Don’t have to empty as often as my other vacuum. I like that there are different settings and attachments depending on what you are cleaning.

this vacuum is powerful and the bin holds a lot. my reason for not 5 starts is that the attachment is great but you don't have a lot of wiggle room. the tube is small so it's hard to use and push around at the same time. also pushing around difficult because it is heavy so if you are getting this for someone older or with my limited movement be mindful.

I already own two Shark vacuums - one for my business and one for 1st.floor and I wanted to add another for our 2nd floor to save lugging up and down stairs. Has a wonderful very long cord allowing me to vacuum several rooms without moving cord. What it lacks is a crevice tool and upholstery brush. I consider these as necessities. Had I known they were not part of the package I would never have bought this model. On plus side: has terrific suction power, extra long cord, is easy to dump debris -- a great vacuum -- with the exception of the missing tools. My recommendation: buy this model if you won't use crevice/brush attachments -- it is a great vacuum. Do not buy it if you need the two tools.

Lighter weight, maneuverable, larger container for cat hair pickup. Good vac for when not wanting to use other heavy duty cleaner.

Wow I've used alot of different vacums and this one by far excides my expectations. I cant seem to put it down. Im amazed how powerful it is. I have pets and my carpets take a beating. This lightweight unit has drawn more dirt than I could ever imagine was in my carpet. My wind tunnels dont come close. I recommend this product to everyone pets or not. You'll love it.

Amazing suction. Maneuverability not as good as my old Hoover but cleaning ability was great which made up for it.

The vacuum handles Berber carpet, stairs, & hardwood floors well. I have a carpet over my Berber carpet in the living room. Even with suction released, it cannot vacuum in a to & fro motion.

Easy to assemble and lightweight. I am pleased with the quality of this vacuum.
