Very Nice!!! We have bolted it to the floor, like the combination and the ability to use a key!! My only problem, is I should have ordered a larger one!! HAHA!!

Right now I do not have a positive outlook as far as my new Sentry Safe is concerned. The safe came with no factory passcode. I inadvertently locked the skeleton key in the safe. The user passcode works on an intermittent basis (sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't) I have not been able to access the inside of this safe for a few days now. I have tried several times to open it with no good results.

We got the safe and there is a dent on top right front of the safe. The box was not damaged but the safe was.

Very solid and strong built. Definitely the best brand name and best quality on the market.

We had needed to purchase a safe that was fireproof and waterproof. I would also add theft proof. It is so heavy I can’t imagine anyone being able to lug it out if they were to break into the house. The adjustable shelves make it easy to adjust for taller items in one area and smaller, shorter items in another area. We would highly recommend.

The safe is well built. Lots of storage. It is a great size safe for your home and is heavy and sturdy.

I love the save because it’s the exact size I need for my personal stuff. But I’ve been working for two days to get my safe to close it would lock when the door was open but it wouldn’t lock on the door was closed. I called century save and the girl told me I needed to lay it on its back for 72 hours because the gasket swells if you leave the door open, and yes, I had left the door open, I laid it on his back for actually about four days and sure enough today it locked. They need to put this somewhere in their manual or a sticker on the safe to let people know if you leave the safe open that this gasket will swell so you can’t get it locked.

Overall after a few days of ownership, a solid safe made in China. Be aware that the safe is not considered "water resistant" without bolting it to a floor using their supplied hardware and rubber lined washers. The lag bolts supplied were too small for their specified bit for concrete so double check everything is good from the factory before you drill into the floor.

The safe is very sturdy, but it is missing the hooks and pocket that I have on the smaller size safe, also after almost a month it still smells chemicals when I open the door.

I had a problem with opening the safe. The handle became loose and then broke.

My safe is exactly what I was wanting! It is very spacious and easy to access!

The safe fits perfect into the room and is exactly what we wanted.

I now have 2 SentrySafes! I love both of them! Is it possible to have a safe in a different color?

Paid extra for white glove delivery. Delivery person didn’t know what that meant.

Read a lot of reviews and it made me real leery about the product, but so far everything is good. Came in good shape and everything seems to work. One bad point is the desiccant bags that come in the safe - throw them out IMMEDIATLY ! They smell like super-concentrated Lysol and it is overwhelming in a small space. Had to spray Febreze and leave safe open for 3 or 4 days to remove some of the stink. Also vacuum out the inside because there is white powder inside that seems to be from the mounting holes exposed cement. Also wish the skeleton keys were shorter so I could have one on a keyring, but not a big deal. Just hope it works for a long time. ( I had a Mesa safe that broke inside the locking mechanism. Even the key wouldn't work. Had to call a safe cracker (locksmith) to drill a hole in it to open it, and there were no repair parts available. Trashed it and cost as much as the safe to get my stuff out. ) Don't want that to happen with this one.

STILL CAN NOT USE THIS PRODUCT PURCHASED IN JUNE! Tried Customer service suggestion of new batteries and Battery receptacle still does not open with combo. This is a very poor made product.

Safe is perfect size and quality. Delivery was fantastic. Owen it for 2 months and very satisfied.

Since we've had this safe in the past, and have been confident in the product we felt comfortable purchasing another one. With the old one, we were unable to lock due to not changing the code as often as we should have. Now that we have a new safe, we plan to change the password at least every 3 to 6 months as to not wear down the key pad.

Sentry safes are great! I now have 5 far all my needs!

Good size for important papers and other valuables

I like the size of the safe and the digital keypad. BUT, within 15 minutes the keypad broke and was impossible to re-insert. The safe is nearly useless.

Digital lock is not capable of handling more than one user code. WHY?! The all-around gasket is not all that around. Instead, it's like covering 30% less than anyone would imagine that the seal type of gasket would cover. I was told that it's by design. What design?! Isn't this safe supposed to protect docs/goods/etc. on the inside from water/liquid damage?!

Robust and the perfect size! Equipped with floor mount screws. Extremely happy with this purchase :)

As far as be secure I would have to say that I can’t get in, even with the factory code. Lights up green for a good code, but does not open. If it has a key it must be locked inside. Hopefully they will get back to me so I can use it as more than a paper weight.

Great size for all our needs. We had the smaller version at our last house but not enough room. This is great, easy to use and easy to follow instructions. I especially like the adjustable shelves and padded shelves/interior.
