Do Not Buy
The refrigerator/freezer broke within 3 weeks, I called Samsung it took a week to get a tech out, we are now heading into week 2 with no refrigerator while we wait on parts. We called Home Depot they offered us a loaner, they told us they would have a manager call to arrange it then we never heard another word. We have lost all of our food and we still don’t have a working refrigerator . DON’T buy a major appliance from Home Depot unless it breaks within 48 hours it’s yours forever.

    Fride not working
    This fridge worked beautifully for 2 weeks then the issues started. The dual ice maker stopped working then a few days the top of of the fride started cooling intermittently. This had been going on for 6 weeks. Technician came but can't decipher the error codes. I should add that the fridge was shipped to Barbados. On arrival it was closely inspected and not bumps or defects were identified - so I dont think shipping it is responsible for the faults.

      Excellent product, very poor customer service
      I have bought and thought highly of Samsung products. We love the refrigerator but the customer service has been horrible. There were several scratches on the front of the refrigerator and two drawers marked up. I have been trying since I bought this in October (almost 5 months) to get the issues resolved. They keep opening tickets but nothing happens. I would love someone that could help me, this is crazy. I expect much more from Samsung. I will up-date if any resolutions happen.

        Stay away! Problems from day 1
        Stsrting the first day there was a loud humming/rattling noise that would stop when you open any door. In addition to that, no ice cubes. Fridge was installed by Home Depot. Tried to register the fridge with Samsung but they wouldn't accept copies of any paperwork provided by Home Depot. At this point I'm ready to through it in the trash. Samsung is horrible when it comes to their fridges and even worse when it comes to working with their warranty program. Even this app is crap. Click on edit to correct spelling errors, but can't move within the cell to correct errors.

          Poor delivery
          I ordered a hose that was suppose to come withe the fridge but it has not come and ive tried requestinf a refund or re-delivery of the product but so far nothing.

            This refrigerator is literally garbage. Broke within 3 weeks of delivery. Was not cold - lost an entire fridge worth of food. Took Samsung's repair person 10 days to come out only to tell me he does not know what is wrong. He injected dye in to the line and told me to just wait for it to break again. Sure enough, a few weeks later, it died again. Called Samsung, and it took another 5 days for a service person to come out. Same person came out, looked at it, and said it was "irrepairable."

              Bought this on a Black Friday deal At Home Depot. A couple of days before Christmas it stops making ice. They sent their “repair” guys to fix it and they completely broke it, left saying it was fine and woke up the next morning and nothing was working. Samsung customer service was terrible, waited 4 weeks for a new replacement! 4 weeks without a fridge. New one was delivered and here I am 2/13 and the new one stopped making ice. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY. Never buying Samsung appliances ever again.

                I Purchased this fridge and had it delivwred in December. Our old fridge was 20 years old and had failed. Here we are 50 days later and the new fridge isnt cooling. We noticed it stopped making ice a week ago. I did all the trouble shooting and everything tested fine. We even installed a new water filter. I finally logged into the Smart Thing app and it said the fridge temp was too hight. The display isnt actual temp just goal temp. A temp probe showed it running 10 deg too high. I called customer service and waiting for a tech.very disappointing

                  Leaking and does not work
                  They took our old fridge and put this one in.There was a hole in the water line in the fridge at install.They left it so we could have a fridge,but the water line was shut off by the Installer.We were rescheduled to get a new one a week later. The week later, we had found a water leak from the fridge that the delivery guy said they shut off.Now we have water damage in our kitchen and basement.They delivered the new fridge, and now the condenser is bad and it is 80* inside!!!! 2 broken brand new!

                        This refrigerator has been nonstop problems. It was delivered with a dent in on of the doors and the interior drawer scratched. Took forever and much back and forth for the door to be replaced then had to reschedule for the drawer to be replaced. Then, after only owning this albatross for about three months, the ice maker stopped working. Then the top freezer drawer stopped freezing followed by the bottom drawer. Don’t try to get help from Samsung chat because they just read from a script, drag their herls, get sassy, and then “lose connection”. Samsung customer service isn’t much better. They jyst keep telling you to do all the same things you’ve already done. Then they send a service person out and Samsung tells them to do all the same things. This is by far the WORST puri have ever made!!!! I wish I could give it zero stars!

                            Product has stopped working at 30 days. The freezer went first followed by the main fridge. Samsung is in no hurry to repair the unit. We have been without a fridge for 2 weeks. This is a real turn off for Samsung appliances. We would like to get a refund and buy a different brand, however Home Depot will not take large appliances back after 48 hours, even with a 5 year extended warranty.
