After 6 months, the ice maker stopped. Checked temp in freezer, it's at 22 degrees. Tech will come out this Tuesday. So while waiting, now the fridge is at 44 degrees! Good thing we have a spare small fridge. Should have read reviews prior to buying. Also, hard to clean shelves. Meat thawed and juices went underneath glass. Had my Husband take 15minutes to figure out how to remove shelf so I could carry the heavy shelf to bathtub to try to clean inside the frame. Ridicoulous!

    Worse refrigerator EVER
    The refrigerator was delivered on January 27 of 2024 by March 10 of 2024, the refrigerator has stopped working. I called Samsung and it took them about four days to come out and have a technician fix it. It only lasted two weeks and it went out again, technician came out after five days of calling and was unable to fix the refrigerator now I am stuck with no working refrigerator and two complete grocery list of foods that have gone bad.

        A real beauty! . It is full depth, love the interior water dispenser, larger door storage inside, great dual ice maker bins that can be removed to use as full freezer drawer but for us she is perfect in every way. You cannot hear the ice drop like as in front of door dispensers, has great ice capacity., door alarm, digital displays, standard water filter easy access and a giant in terms of useable capacity. If she fits do not think twice about buying this sleek model. Love love the fridge!

          Brand new refrigerator 2 weeks old. Doesn't work now I'm waiting for a part and service. I don't have a working refrigerator they won't exchange must wait for a part.all my food went bad. Now let's see how Samsung plays a game with my food that went bad. I'm a senior I need my medicine kept in a refrigerator now what. I'm told that this refrigerator has problems so why sell it.

            DO NOT BUY!
            This is the worst fridge i have ever purchased! And the company is worse! I bought a new fridge because my freezer went out on my old one. Home depot delivered it and took away my old one. I bought groceries for the fridge the next day and and the internat “smart” system said it was 34 inside and 0 degrees in the freezer. It was just showing me what i had it set to on the app. Not the actual temp. Two days later i went to grab a icecream from my freezer and noticed my icecream was melted. I did all the trouble shooting on the samsung website and then the i ternal “smart” system displayed the accurate temp in the fridge which was 56 in the fridge and 48 in the freezer. I contacted home depot and they helped me woth putting in a repair request with samsung. Thank god because they are horrible to deal with. I did this on a monday and they could not get a repair person out to my house until friday. All my food would be bad by then. They said they could refund me my food loss but not until after i itemize every single item and price it and then wait until after the repair person comes out. They stated i need to send them a email for them to review the itemized list and sit and wait for them to approve it. Which will take another week. And its only a partial refund for the food loss not even the whole thing. Whatever you do. Do not buy this fridge or buy from this company!!!!!

              DO NOT BUY THIS EVEN ON SALE
              Do not buy this fridge freezer. It was great for exactly 4 weeks. And then just like everyone else who has given this one star the freezer just stopped freezing. Been going round and round in circles with Samsung support (which is useless and just read off a script) for 8 hours today so far. Please don’t buy this item or any Samsung appliance for that matter. The only thing I can imagine is everyone that gave 5 stars was in the first week of them owning it. Also home depot were no help at all.

                Refrigerator was delivered December 11, 2023 on December 31st 2023 it stopped working. Samsung came out and still not working. I could be without a refrigerator for another 2-3 weeks. Home Depot was no help. Don’t buy this product and shop elsewhere.

There is also a water dispenser on the inside of the door, which is great, because my family is huge water drinkers. There are two different drawers for the freezer. We can now go grocery shopping for 4ea adults and fit everything into it. I was also impressed with the shelving and compartment set up. Being a prior military member, I am prone to wanting most things organized. This refrigerator accomplished that and then some. Items are easily found, which prevents us from having to throw away items because we forgot it was in the rear of the refrigerator...thus saving us $! The freezer storage space has almost made our deep freezer obsolete as it houses most of if not all of the frozen products we purchase.                                 I have owned this for less than three months and the freezer has completely stopped working and the refrigerator is at 50°. The app will not work. It is an incredibly expensive, utterly useless hunk of metal taking up space in my kitchen trying to give me food poisoning. Do not buy this refrigerator. The repair guy said that the problem with it is very common with this model. There is a very small amount of butane in it and it is leaking. So Samsung is aware that there is a common issue with this model and obviously they have not rectified that during the manufacture process.

                                  We’ve had this fridge for 7 months now and we have no complaints. The ice maker will sometimes freeze up into a large clump, but it’s not often and all of our previous ones did that too. It has SO much more regular space. I have 6 people in my house and room was an issue before. This has been a great solution to our problem. The ONLY thing I wish I had was a little more freezer space, but we’ve managed to do with what we have.

                                      Like many other 1 star reviewers, this unit stopped working correctly in about a month. First the ice maker stopped producing ice. Then, after contacting Samsung and doing all the steps to reset the icemaker, including a power cycle, the freezer completely stopped working. The temperature gage for the freezer reads -5 degrees, but everything is thawed out. Samsung tech will take 3-4 days to show up. BEWARE!! THIS MODEL IS A LEMON!

                                        For quality of design, great unit. BUT, stop making ice 4 weeks after installed. 5 days later stop cooling, lost all food in fridge and freezer .                                               It woks great but it can easily get dents an scratches.

Despite being counter depth it has so much space inside because the design is sleek without the bulk which takes up needed storage space. The two types of ice was unexpected but is great!
