I JUST USED MY NEW DUEL DOOR RANGE LAST NIGHT AND I LOVE IT. IT COOKED THE FOOD PERFECT AND WAS DONE A LOT SOONER THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SOLIDNESS OF THE RANGE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it when I just need to cook a simple casserole and use the smaller oven. Gets to the perfect temperature very quick. I think I have used every burner so far to test them all out. The quick burner (front right) is super sonic and had our pot of water boiling for the pasta faster than I could cook the beef to completion. I've learned this is not the burner to use if wanting to make some over-easy eggs, unless you want them over-hard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a standard range with this dual oven convection. Been very happy with it so far. It has taken a little while to get used to the convection & the top oven, which heats from above rather than below. The top oven is great for browning, melting cheese on top of a dish & cooking things in shallow containers, but isn't great for baking. The broiler function of the top oven works great. The bottom oven acts more like a standard oven so is better for baking. I love that I can pull out the divider to cook something large / tall - a large turkey for example. The stove top works very well & is east to clean. My only complaint is that the griddle in the middle takes too long to heat up.

So far I have been happy with this Double Oven. It has a "fast boil" feature and you can even remove the double-oven separator and make one "huge" oven. I have read reviews that the black top discolors. I hope this doesn't happen to my stove.

I love it so much that I regret not having bought it sooner .It heats up from 0 to 350 in 5 minutes

We have this range 1 year now and although there are many pluses ( smart capabilities) and dual oven features the top grates started to rust and don’t know how to fix without replacing so soon

It is hard to image the first part broken is the LED display. I never have any appliance whose display started to fail after only 1 year. I contact Samsung pro. They told the product has only 1 year waranttee. Two digitals are wrong now. For 12:00, I will see 12:cc with one segment on each digit. For cooking timer, the timers will not turn the stove off. For oven timer, it does turn it off.

I finally got the oven I wanted. I had to wait to buy this oven, due to real life issues. I love having it now. It was worth the waIt.

flex double oven, great idea. so many annoying problems. when you use the back right burner, the heat interferes, display goes wacky. if a timer is set for 60 min, it never beeps but starts over. the knobs get too hot with the oven on and the cheap metal coating starts to peel off. the grates start to chip and peel as well (thought those were cast iron - should be quality as should the knobs). i'm careful and gentle. not sure the convection aspect works - seems like temp is incorrect. takes forever to heat up, esp past 350. like 20 min! so disappointed in samsung. i have the fridge that's notorious for freezing up the back wall. ice maker doesn't work. bottom freezer seems to leave items frosty. will probably never buy samsung again.

Double oven works great. First meal cooked with this range was done completely in the oven including entree, sides and dessert in less than an hour. We love it.

while the oven does a great job cooking, the quality of the overall product is bad. i would expect that the touch screen would not have a bulge and lights that do not work. i cannot read all the numbers and the touchscreen is hard to push the right buttons.

We purchased this about 2 months ago and just finished installing it 2 weeks ago in our kitchen. we have used the ovens separately and we've used them as a single oven. I really like using them separately. The only minor drawback I've seen, is when you use the top single oven, you have to be careful putting your cookies in to cook. Cause the pan or rack is not exactly even with the bottom of the open door. So it drops about 1/4 to 1/2 inch down onto the oven rack. You must be careful not to burn yourself on the oven door when pulling them back out.

I bought this last month and we are very happy with it.

This is in my vacation home. I really needed double ovens but do not have the space. I couldn't be happier with it. I use the smaller top oven all the time.

we have had this oven for just over a month, had a strange noise, new main board installed, now a new strange noise and another service call. top oven coos very uneven, super done in back and almost raw in front. do not buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this great appliance in July and haven't looked back. The flex duo option has made cooking incredibly efficient (and cleaning). The convection component really marvels as it cooks your food evenly. I can't say enough great stuff about the stovetop. 4 burners and a Warming center. Can't go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this oven quite a while now. Still just like the day we bought it. The convertible oven is so much nicer that the usual double oven. I have the flexibility to use the entire thing or split it. This was a big deal since we wanted a double oven but others were permanently split and the primary was on the bottom. This allows us the best of both worlds. The burner configuration is good. No issues at all with any of them. The only knock on this unit is the top shows every drop and spill (black finish). Cleaning it takes a bit of work since streaks appear so easily. Other than that you can't go wrong.
