I have not had this range long so I am just now getting used to how to operate and the features. So far I am pleased, I would recommend this range. It has a great look and we love the duo feature of the ovens. We have learned the hard way to adjust the temp a bit on the upper single oven. I have not been quite as pleased with how quickly my pans heat up to the correct temp. I feel though that perhaps it is more on my part than the workings of the range itself.

I just installed this stove and I am amazed. It is heavier than I expected so make sure you have help if you decide to install yourself. The stove looks and feels well built. The rapid boil feature works well. One note for double oven users: using the stove in dual oven mode does seem to cook food faster due to the small space of each oven. Like any small oven one needs to compensate for this and lower the time and heat setting approx. 15 degrees to avoid overcooking/ burning ones meal. One will need to experiment with this to get used to the smaller oven. With the oven divider out and using the oven in regular size, there isn't an issue with overcooking and /or needing to adjust the heat and time. Yes it is pricey but you get what you pay for with this unit. Very pleased with this stove. Got to rework cabinets as I had a 40 inch unit previously.

Beautiful with lots of functionality
I love my new range! It looks great in the kitchen and does everything I need. So far I have used the top oven to make cookies. I believe the two ovens and warming tray will be perfect for the holidays. I've used the stovetop for various sized pots and pans. I really like that the front right burner can be changed in size. Also the left burners can be used individually or all together. I've purchased a grill pan to take advantage of that feature. I still have a lot to check out. I did buy a book on dehydrating and plan to try that soon.

    Bought in 2017, about 2 years after the red light stays on for the hot surface, 1 year later some digits are missing on the clock and keep flashing, then the oven door doesn't close properly so the light comes on and the heat started to melt our thermoplastic cupboards doors. Now 7 years later the convection fan was making a loud noise, so I unplugged it... Time to buy another one most certainly not samsung.

        Samsung double oven.
        I am not happy with this stove at all. As soon as warranty was up many things stopped working. Also does not seem to keep even temperature. One day I cook a banana bread and it's good, next time it dies not cook. Would not recommend this item.

          If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this range. Since there are only two of us in our household, I have always enjoyed having a double oven and being able to use the small uppper oven pretty much on a daily basis. It is a self cleaning oven, BUT You have to remove the large plate that separates the two ovens to self clean it. That separation plate is the bottom of the upper oven and is the part that needs to be cleaned the most!! So for the first time in 20 years, I’m having to buy oven cleaner and clean that separation plate. Also, even if you have the burners on low I have to set a timer to stir whatever I’m cooking every few minutes or it will burn right in the center. One more thing that I really do not like you turn the oven light on but each time you open the oven door to check what you’re cooking the light goes out so you have to turn the light on again. Purchasing this oven was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made.

            9 years of aggravation...
            We had this stove/range for 9 years and it literally died on Christmas Eve. Water boiled over while cooking and smoke came pouring out of the control panel, I smelled plastic burning, and then a few loud pops and it died. The entire electrical panel was fried. You'd think with 9 years of service, I'd have given this a higher rating, but over the 9 years, 2 of the 4 burners boiled everything even when on LO setting. The bridge heated but the back burner never got as hot as the front so a griddle never cooked anything evenly - pancakes would burn in the front and be raw at the back. The oven was inconsistent - convection (which is supposed to cook things faster and more evenly) took twice as long as a normal bake cycle, I just stopped trying to use the setting. The thermometer never worked and would turn the oven off when it registered the programmed temperature - who cares that a turkey was still uncooked. So many issues with this oven...I would not recommend it. 9 years of aggravation but we had spent a lot of money on it, so we truly had to just wait for it to die. Having it finally kick the bucket on Christmas Eve feels a bit like a gift from Santa!

              Useless Product
              This is my second Samsung in less than 10 years and it is crap. All the four knobs on my first range broke and Samsung quoted 80 dollars per knob. I bought another model thinking it was better than the first and it is the same problem. The knobs have started falling off in less than 3 years. I am also getting error message C-31 and I cannot open my oven. This product is useless. I will not recommend it to anyone or any of their product. Unfortunately, all my kitchen appliances are Samsung. Samsung, fix this mess and compensate your customers.

                Great unit. works well and we love the cooking 2 different things at once. Only drawback is the top oven door does not always open seems locked, so we have to open both doors.

                    Piece of Dookie
                    Spent a lot of money on this piece of you know what. Top oven only burns or anything taken out is raw. No owner manual instructions on how to operate the oven optimally. Samsung does not make it easy to find a how to manual either. Talked with me propane guy and told me the pre heat temp should not take 15 minutes. Should only take about 5 minutes to come to temp. Basically I always cringe when I have to use it. Crap shoot on what will get cooked and what will not come out fine.

                      Great, in theory only. Keep looking....
                      The top ALWAYS looks dirty unless you spend 30 minutes per day meticulously polishing it. I am not a clean freak by a long shot, but this thing is dirty looking. The electronics are janky, and the oven door sticks after you do the self cleaning. It is 2 years old, just outside of the warranty, and I've already had service here twice!

                          Terrible trouble
                          We bought this oven 6 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. We keep getting an error code c-fo, it doesn’t heat up properly and occasionally the oven just starts up. It is by far the worst oven we have had. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance.

                              Oven temperature control is very inaccurate.
                              after using for more than one year, we found out how inaccurate oven temperature is. we did recalibrate per the instructions. it was 35 degrees out. our baked potatoes were cooking at 315 degrees. not 350. everything we were cooking was not right. popovers need to start at 450 for the first 20 minutes. they never turned out right until we figured it out. i do not recommend this product.

                                Worst purchase ever
                                on my first try, the ovens did not reach temperature. i called and was told to use a different thermometer; went and bought a new one. same problem. after 6 months of cooking on a higher temperature, i was able to cook food in the oven. then i open the top door and the frame came out with it. the oven lights go on b themself. now it's out of warranty.

                                  Terribly Disappointed with this Oven
                                  The screen on our dual oven is nonresponsive on the right side. Glitchy at times on the left. There is a definite quality issue. We can not use the lower oven because sometimes it won't turn off! We usually love samsung products but boy is this ever disappointing. We bought it in May 2020, writing this February 2022.

                                    Worst oven I've ever owned
                                    oven is 5 years old. over the past 2 years i have replaced , the display board, both temp sensors, and the main pcb with approved samsung parts after main pcb it worked for 6 months or so and it no failing againg to set temperature accurately in either upper, lower or single oven . tried a service call and the repairman said he would just replace the same parts i did. he has seen a lot of problems with samsung gas ovens. if youre a baker and you think this dual opven is a good idea, run away!! its poorly designed

                                      i would leave zero stars if i could. this is my third double oven stove. i loved the first two that i had in other homes. i read many, many reviews of this one before purchasing. nowhere did i see that the top oven only does convection, and the bottom oven cannot do over 375 degrees. for me, it is useless. i will take the divider out and use it as a single oven until i can find a true double oven. i had a single oven that worked fine, but wanted the double oven so that i could bake at two different temperatures. this does not do that. if you need to bake something at over 375 degrees, without convection, you have to use the whole oven. it was a very expensive lesson. hopefully, i will be able to sell it for a reasonable price.

                                        Great Design, Horrible Product!
                                        Black Stainless is a thin film put on over stainless steel & continues to peel off. 3 of the knobs broke. Several LED lights went out. The temperature is inconsistent. Sometimes "Bake 425" is actually Bake 450 or Bake 410.

                                          I am so disappointed in this oven. I’ve only had it for 2 months and the stovetop and stainless steel scratches so easily! I have taken very good care of it, and it should not scratch so easily! I called Samsung and there is nothing they can do.

                                            Would not buy again
                                            love the duo flex design. i was excited to be able to cook multiple things at one time. we purchased this along with our samsung refrigerator around september. my first large baking experience was thanksgiving. 8 hours in the oven and my turkey was still raw. we couldn't eat it. over the last year ive tried multiple times to cook different things using a food thermometer and oven thermometer. lower oven is consistently off by 25-50 degrees. upper oven is convection only so you cannot bake cakes or cookies. just quick items. its off by 20 degrees.

                                              Really Bad Designs
                                              first and foremost i have used this stove for over the past year and some change. there are a few design flaws and this makes it terrible period. 1. the door refuses to stay shut when double door is latched. used to when it was brand new and doesn't anymore. 2 warming drawer 100% useless would been better for storage aka reason why they made a new model. 3 oven lock design is complete garbage i have broke 3 micro switches that tells the computer when the door is completely unlatched or locked. the cam design of it literally is designed to brake the micro switch. also what i think is funny is that this complete setup has been discontinued and cannot get a replacement. so safety feature fails well this is a breaker for some people and well i will not get the new version.

                                                Broken LED after a few years
                                                Ill never buy another samsung appliance, this broke (LED display) after 3 years, and the replacement parts are not worth it. Have 2 other samsung appliances which are failing as well (freezer ice buildup / diswasher not cleaning).

                                                  Bad design
                                                  the double oven is usless because everytime i try to use just the top oven it burns everything because it uses the broil flame even after selecting the bake option. the size of the upper oven places your food to close to the flame causing food to burn. my suggestion to samsung would be to eliminate the bottom storage drawer to make both upper and lower ovens larger. when testing oven temps both upper and lower were not even close to set temp. to make this oven work for anything i had to remove the divider and basically use it as a single oven. and i could have paid alot less for a single oven. bad design, did not get what i thought i was purchasing. do not waste your money on this bad samsung oven.

                                                    I don't have many good things to say about the stove other than I like the big burner on the stove top. I was excited at the idea of having a split oven that I could cook multiple foods at different temps and times but turns out the oven cooks with hot air and none of my food cooks as quickly and doesn't get crispy. Its also quite annoying having so many small burners and only one large burner. I would not waste your money, just get a regular oven.
