Visibility into the ovens are not easy, the light turns off if you open the oven so you have to click the light button again when you close it to see inside when it is closed. Oven's heat up very quickly though!

Terrible cooktop
This is a terrible stove top (the oven is fine). The burner controls are horrible. It's impossible to set the burners to low & medium. I ignored similar reviews, but they were correct. Also the cooktop glass is a terrible design. Shows every little scratch, and is impossible to keep shiny. The glossy surface makes it impossible to keep from showing smudges and smears. Avoid this brand folks.

    Love it all but the top
    heats fast, dual door is great for smaller portion cooking, appealing looks, only range that had everything we wanted. but the top... is very hard to keep clean looking. yes, i’m a clean nut, but other flat top range we owned were textured, and were easier to keep clean looking.

        This split oven is not a dual oven. It is one large oven with a divider plate that allows you to use one half of the oven at the time or remove the plate and use the entire oven. The plate does not allow a significant temperature differential making it useless if you have two very different temperature needs. I bake a lot and the oven trmperature is like playing a guessing game; I have ruined more than a few cakes because the temp is not true. My oven is almost two years old and I’m looking to replace it with another brand very soon

              Very functional and easy to use
              [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about three months and have used all the features. Since I bought this I have been baking more than usual . With the split oven option I could really use just the top oven and can still make vey good sourdough bread, cakes , Pizza etc. The burners are also great and gets cooking done faster . So far I didnt have any issues I absolutely love it and totally recommend it.

                    Samsung Appliance are low quality
                    We purchased the extended warranty to protect our investment, expensive item. The stove is less than five years old and is just a piece of junk. It does not maintain or obtain proper temperature in either oven. The top elements are also not keeping temperature. The piece of junk is so bad that our extended warranty company sent our money back since the stove is not maintainable. Would cost them too much to keep replacing all of the poorly constructed parts and computer components. DO NOT BUY this piece of junk. In fact, all of Samsung Appliances are junk, unfortunately we also purchased their refrigerator which a piece of junk too. There are class action suits so if you were fooled in to thinking that Samsung has all quality products then you should join the suits. We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on Samsung 30 in. 5.9 cu. ft.                         we purchased ours in 2018 and absolutely love it in the beginning. after a year the oven started to cook uneven. spending that much money on a stove i sure expected it to not have any problems. it does look good.

                          Terrible oven for baking
                          I purchased this range last summer and went through all of the holidays and 3 birthdays not even able to bake a decent cake. I have called Samsung multiple times, had repair people out twice, and just when I finally was given a ticket number to get this lemon replaced, the ticket was mysteriously closed with no resolution. Samsung is a terrible company to work with and they will not stand by thier products and their customers. I would not wish this range on my worst enemy

                            Convection is worthless
                            My convection toaster oven works better than this overpriced oven. Pizza burn on the top before the bottom is even done cooking. And I've been on the pizza business for 30 years so I think I know how a convection oven should work.

                                I have had this product for a little over 2 years. While I love the functionality of the unit and having the dual ovens, I am extremely disappointed in the appearance of the unit. I do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning yet almost all of the "black stainless" film is chipped or gone. It looks terrible, I expected to get many years out of this but I am looking to replace after only 2 years.

                                  I was so excited to purchase this range. I’ve had it about 3 years and hate it. The heat on the burners don’t keep a steady heat. The burners with various widths are horrible. If you have it on simmer on a smaller width it still burns. When baking the bottom browns to fast. Extremely disappointed. I don’t even like to cook anymore because nothing turns out correctly.

                                    we bought the stove two years ago. it works well and looks great in the apartment, but ... the digital readout started to fail shortly after the warranty expired. today, we can no longer read the stove's clock, nor timer. i expect that the digital reader will continue to fail and that we will soon no longer be able to read the temperature settings.

                                      the idea of purchasing my mom this oven was "so cool".......... $1700 range, purchased 3/28/19 range lasted barely a year!!! samsung told me to pay for the repairs. thats not standing behind your product.......i will never purchase samsung again....!!! stove top comes on, oven is dead duck!!! (the kicker) this $1700 unit never kept the time (i set the time everyday) to bad sony doesn't do appliances......... if you're considering buying this beautiful stove for yourself or your mom, remember, i purchased this stove last year, and its not working in 2020.
