Great concept, bad quality
the concept is great, and when it was working we found the dual oven very useful for cooking at 2 different temperatures, or having one large oven. the cons: the upper portion with the temperature settings is very flimsy, when you press the buttons the whole thing bends backwards. the timer sound is very low, i cant hear it go off from the next room, and it stops beeping quickly so you don't even know it went off. the unit is just over 2 years old, i have had to replace both fans and now the oven will shut itself off and lock out the control board for a half hour. this is not the timer or any feature, but an error with the motherboard and sensors. searching internet finds a ton of the same issues, and no real solutions

      My wife loves the new stove! It heats up so much faster than or last stove. And we must be saving a lot of energy cost by being able to heat up just the upper part of the stove most of the time.

        Not so HOT
        Doesn't get hot, doesn't stay hot. My old cheap GE electric coil oven performed better. I shopped every oven on the market for over a year before deciding on this one. I specifically wanted a dual oven because I live alone, but love to cook. I had hoped the smaller over could replace my halogen-element Krups toaster oven (which is amazing). I loved the design, features, and configuration of this oven, and desperately wanted to be pleased with it. I have now had the oven for one year, and have also performed my own tests with three different oven thermometers. I changed the user-adjustable temperature boost to its maximum setting (+30 degrees) It's still a disappointment. Only one of the four burners can boil water in a reasonable time. While both ovens have convection (which made me choose Samsung over the competitors) you still need to use a specific oven for a specific job - they are not fully equal, and cannot both reach the maximum temperature. The lower oven, in particular, doesn't seem to hold a temperature, despite what the display shows. In my experience, if you "cancel" the bake, and immediately restart it, you may find the actual oven temp displayed - and as much as 80 degrees lower than intended. This is even after a long pre-heat. Again, I desperately wish I could recommend this oven, but I'd suggest to others who care about performance that they either buy a cheap, ugly oven for 1/3 the price, or pay double and get a premium product with induction burners and a more reliable oven.

              It works. Keeps good temp in both ovens which my last 2 oven stove did not which is why I bought this one only two tears later. The top oven, as far as I can tell from the booklet and panel is convection only. Which means I burned the first few things ‘til I reduced the temp by 25 to 50 degrees whilst using.. This one had better reviews on many sites on holding temp than the other top two oven ranges - Pleased with purchase after two plus months of a lot of cooking and some cake and cookie baking.

              i placed an order for this range in september 2020, it took 2 months and arrive to my kitchen. 2 months later, the oven racks got rusted, the oven gets overheated and shuts down on its own. the steam from cooking on the stove top would randomly presses the buttons on the control pad. called samsung to it was recommended to exchange the unit from the store the retail exchanged the unit with another unit that failed upon installation. a third unit was recently installed and the oven fan still fails and the oven gets overheated and shuts down. i am very disappointed at this purchase and regret the decision to buy a samsung appliance. i don't recommend this stove at all. something wrong with the design!

                I dislike that the surfaces of these stoves inevitably get marked up very quickly no matter how careful you are with them. We use nothing sharp, do not drag things across them, wipe them with plain water and light dish soap regularly, and within less than a month there were already little marks on the burner we use the most. I wish manufacturers would figure out how to make that not happen. Other than that, the oven is great. We like the feature that allows us to cook at two different temperatures in two separate spaces.

                Love the product. Delivery, install, removal and testing took maybe 15 minutes total. Team was knowledgeable and polite. They kept to Covid protocol as well (April 2021). We were replacing a very old model of a stacked double oven range after replacing our floors. This product offers slightly less baking capacity than 2 ovens, which was expected. We've used the double oven settings to cook at 2 temperatures and we've found our happy mediums. This oven works as long as you are willing to learn it. The range is amazing. We've used all of the burners in all of their spectrums. Love the double element. Our friend bought us a double range pan for the bridge, it's awesome. Cooks evenly. Regular cleaning is ideal for the stove top. Super easy. We've used about 90% of all settings and are still very satisfied.

                Poor support when product fails
                good features. excellent oven while it worked. purchased in may 2016. range temperature has been fluctuating sporadically since 2019 with the result being food going from cooking nicely to burning in 1 to 2 minutes. then ordering a repair through samsung gets a tech that sticks a probe into the oven for an hour and leaves since there was no fluctuation when he was here no testing of the temperature sensor, no checing the control panel but i did get a $200 repair bill and now the oven burns food every time based on the combination of poor longevity from purchase to first repair and the inability of the tech to run basic testing to diagnose the problem and fix it i would not suggest this for purchase

                  i spent a fortune on all black stainless samsung appliances. the black stainless is peeling off of all appliances. the gas range knobs look to have a metal finish, however, it's just a plastic metal wrap which becomes marred and bubbles with normal use. the cost to replace one knob is $80+. the stove randomly takes forever to heat up and doesn't hold a steady temp. the convection fan becomes louder with use or randomly stops working. there is also no where to put the oven divider and should have been incorporated into the design.

                    my new oven doesn’t work- smokes and gives ca2 error message/shuts down with annoying beeping. the range also has a serious design flaw—surface is completely flat allowing spills to run down between the range and counter top! i learned from samsung there is a filler kit but i must contact a 3rd party parts company to order/pay for it! lastly, the range comes with only a "simple manual" which does not explain how to use all the features of the oven (air fryer, control locks, temp probe, etc). manual is also not online—i was advised to order one from the parts company when i buy my filler kit! summary: the oven doesn’t work. it doesn’t come with a filler kit to address their design flaw. samsung can’t even provide a full instruction manual with their product. run away from this one!

                      Not what i expected
                      we bought our flex duo last november. i have been very disappointed. i wish we would not have spent the money and just gone with the basic single oven. if you put the devider in , you have 2 ovens , but they are too small to fit hardly anything in them. also i wanted convection , but this one doesnt seem to work right. the fans work , but things take a lot longer to cook. i have been very disapointed with my samsung flex duo.

                        I mainly bought this oven for the dual oven function, however, it turned out it is useless. the baking or food won't cook unless I remove the divider and use it as a whole oven. It won't work separately, because first the divider does not produce heat for the upper oven and it is just a broiler. second there is a gap around the divider that leak the heat and waste energy. the glass top gets dirty very easily and it is so hard to clean. I tried to return it, the home depot said you needed to return it after 48 hours, which I could not figure out these problems with such short period of time. so they referred me to samsung which they sent technicians from a local company that told me it is working properly according the the design, but the design is flawed. Now I'm stuck with this expensive range, my old electrical range Amana was excellent, I regret buying Samsung brand

                          please save yourself $300 and don’t buy this range in the wifi smart version. it wasnt until after a trip back to the store and an hour on the customer support line that someone was finally able to tell me that on the gas version you cannot preheat the ovens remotely (which is the #1 reason to buy a smart range. had i known that, i would have bought the less expensive one ans been completely satisfied. neither the store tech nor the samsung customer support teams knew this either until finally getting feedback from someone else in the support office (45 min into the call and two transfers later). get the cheaper one or get electic...not even sure why samsung sells gas wifi??!!!!

Forget about the old convection cooking, it will NOT WORK anymore with this range. You have been WRONG all along is what they told me. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY - Buy another BRAND that you can use convection. It is NOT a double oven, it is a 2nd Oven. You cannot use the top only.

                              the oven worked extremely well for 2.5 years not the oven doesnt cook evenly. the stove top is hard to get the right temp. it woukd be nice to have an appliance work longet than 2 years

                                Love the oven but what's up with the door
                                love this oven and stovetop. it works perfectly, so good that we had to re-learn heat settings to cook on the stovetop. however, the oven is clean, nothing blocking anything, but the oven door now won't close all the way. the light stays on, the heat escapes. we checked everything and there is nothing blocking it. help!

                                  i absolutely love this range. the burners work the way they're supposed to...low is low....high is high...inbetween is perfect (better than my last range). i've cooked biscuits, pies, etc., in the top oven and they come out perfect....casseroles in the bottom...perfect. so far i couldn't be happier. i keep the cooktop clean...i like how i can store the divider in the space designed for it in the warming drawer. i'm very happy!!

                                    The table top is not as good as our previous GE range (20years old) and it will not last that long, the main reason we bought it is for the oven. The small oven on top of the big one is absolutely fantastic, my wife use it every day and when we remove the separation it is a big oven again. The warmer is a good addition, first time we got one and my wife use it quiet often.
