Good size and value for the price for name brand and features. Deep 13" shelves.

we purchased the cabinet depth model and not only love the design but also all of the special features like the quick door which conserves energy.

Overall, this is a great refrigerator. The ice in the door takes up a lot of room but there was no model without ice in the door that would fit our space. The "display" door is a nice add-on although I don't see it as a major benefit. I like the temperature display on the door and the warning if the door is left open for more than 3 minutes. The adjustable shelf for tall pots is fantastic. I wish that the shelves could be adjusted on either side rather than having to adjust the height of the entire shelf. Sometimes half of a shelf being raised is what I need. Overall, I recommend this unit and am happy with Samsung.

Bought this for my freshly remodelled house, fits in perfectly and love the stainless steal finish. A perfectly made product, highly recommend.

I got my Samsung refrigerator in Nov 2015. so far so good (Samsung22.5 cu. ft. Food Showcase French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel, Counter Depth). it fit just right. I got the counter depth one and I have a small kitchen and it fits just right.

Love the Samsung refrigerator. It is quiet, efficient, design is almost perfect. Has plenty of room for a counter depth refrigerator which is great. Now the only con is, it did not come with an ice bucket, and you can't make enough ice for entertaining, which I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase. It is still a great refrigerator so far and we are extremely happy with it.

Great alternative to the 4 door flex model. Since the 4 door flex would not fit with my cabinets due to its height. Love the fridge.

Great product. A definite improvement on the old one. Just a pity the counter depth model is so much more expensive than the deeper version. That destroys some of the value. Great appliance

The performance of a Samsung refrigerator is top notch. We are very pleased with our purchase for our new home and look forward to many years of service from our Samsung refrigerator.

Pros: Better than my previous Samsung Side-by-side, small storage under ice maker but good place to put the eggs!, food showcase gives super easy access to condiments and PB&J, dings when the door is left open, and is fairly quiet. Cons: Small ice capacity, fridge motor could be a little quieter, why aren't these fridges magnetized!?!?!?!? Otherwise it is a great fridge

Have had this refrigerator for over 6 months now and have enjoyed it. It is quiet when running, and seems to be efficiently operating. The only caution item is the ice capacity is quite small so if you entertain a lot and have more than a half-dozen guests you will want to have additional ice trays in the freezer. Wasn't sure of what to make of the door within door "feature" but after living with it for 6 months it is quite convenient to retrieve frequently used items such as milk/juice and condiments without opening up the main door. Interior of freezer and refrigerator are well lit and flexibility of shelf configuration has been satisfactory for our use. We just recently replaced the water filter so expect that 6-7 months of use is about all you will get. Will follow-up this review once we've had for 18 months.

My husband researched many refrigerators before settling on the Samsung and we couldn't be happier with the decision. It is a sleek looking fridge and is very quiet. We love the door-n-a-door feature as it makes it easy to place ingredients in to keep cool before you actually need it; once you're ready to use it, you simply take the whole tray out with the lovely handle and place on your counter. When you're done, you place it back. It's great! The freezer has a ton of space. We like to prepare our dogs their food, so we freeze/store in freezer for future meals. The lighting is very nice as well... it may seem strange, but I'm not a fan of the harsh yellow lights in a fridge, so the blue LED is a nice change. This model also has an alarm to let you know if the doors didn't shut all the way. All-n-all... highly recommend this model!

Had to replace side by side refrigerator due to power failure and decided to upgrade to the french door style. The led lighting is excellent, controls are easy to use and the showcase door is so convenient.

This refrigerator looks great and is very functional. It is a counter depth unit which increases the price and naturally reduces the interior volume. It still sticks out from the counter but not as much as a standard unit. The shelf locations are very flexible which allow us to organize our storage to fit our needs. The interior lighting is excellent, allowing great visibility to the back of the shelves even when full. We love the Showcase right door and the door opening mechanism is very simple and easy to use. The French doors open and close easily and seal flawlessly - much better than an older unit that we owned from another manufacturer. Since we use the refrigerator section more the freezer section, we like this model with a bottom freezer. We like the interior sliding drawer but would like it better if the access opening were a bit larger. The water and cube/crushed ice dispenser work well. We especially like the chilled water with a filter which removes all the off taste much better than our countertop filter. I installed a RCA appliance suppressor to hopefully protect the computerized controls that provide all the great features, but also make the unit more susceptible to failure. Last, but not least, is the touch pad and LED display which displays the temperatures of both the refrigeration and the freezer and also the status of the units features and functions. The touch pad is the best that I have ever used and is utilized to program the setup and select on/off functions.

The dispenser drips water before, during and after use. It gives a combination of crushed and cubed ice when cubed ice is selected and it is slow.

Almost everything about it is nice. Ice maker is realllllly slow. Even getting one ice cube out is a major delay :-(

We remodeled our kitchen and this fridge has be come the center piece. It really stands out and everyone loves the french door. It took about 24 hours for the ice and water to get going but now we couldn't be happier. There are tons of room in both the fridge and the freezer and the adjustable shelves make it super easy to hold whatever we put it.

The good, it's quiet (compared to our old box that sang opera) even the occasional ice clunking down is brief. Negatives: If you get the stainless steel, finger prints all the time. The shelves, on the water dispensing side, well they aren't useful: Unusual shape and height to store much of anything. You should have tupperware as the fridge doesn't come with prebuilts. We were lucky and kept the egg container and some other containers from our old fridge. Freezer isn't large so this is a fridge for immediate consumption. Otherwise, am happy with it as it is.

After waiting 3 weeks for my fridge that backordered, it was finally delivered today, BUT the water dispenser didn't work. The installers confirmed it was NOT the water line and that it was some defect in this brand new fridge. Samsung agreed to let us keep this broken fridge until another new one can be delivered. The issue is that the soonest a new one can be delivered was in another 18 days. The issue is that without getting filtered water from the fridge, my family will need to buy bottles of water for the next 18 day, along with ice. Hopefully Samsung will reimburse our family since this inconvenience of this lemon fridge will cost me money. At this point, I can't recommend this fridge until I see if the next unit works properly.

Pretty happy so far with this unit although it is very new to market. Very quiet. Great internal LED lighting. French doors are awesome. Stainless steel very classy. No problems so far.
