Absolutely not, the product didn’t come with a propane regulator and Home Depot doesn’t sell them either. They were also not readily available in nearby stores; please include key parts with the heater or ensure the stores you are putting them in carry the products. Very bad experience

The unit works excellent and very easy to install

The pilot light will not stay lit. This is the second one of these stoves I have purchased and I have not been satisfied with either of them. I will not buy another.

Clear directions. Easy to put together. Puts out a lot of heat. Ww love the fact that it has,a thermostat to save on our gas bill. Blower is a nice feature, but heater works great without it. Some people think the blue flame is better, but this style definitely works better than our old blue flame. The gas hook up comes straight out of the bottom; which is fine if you are mounting on the wall. But we were replacing our old heater, so we had planned to use the existing flex pipe. For that to work, we had to purchase a nozzle type fitting to go into gas port on heater, an elbow adapter, & another nozzle to fit into the flex pipe, and lastly we needed pipe tape for the threads. Easy, self-install. We recommend this product.

The Reddy Heater exceeded our expectations, without question. Not only has it performed well, but it was easily available at my neighborhood Home Depot (located at West 7 Mile Road at Meyers Road, Detroit, MI). We are satisfied and we have recommended it to family and friends.

Unit is factory calibrated for propane gas, pilot will not work with natural gas, unless adjusted by an expert , not easy, it should be noted on the package.

The blower is awesone at maintaining a warm room temperature even when it's freezing outside and the heater has been turned off. Love this heater!

Received it got it hooked up it won't light it doesn't let the propain in. Not happy.

Seems like a nice heater if only they had remembered to put the feet/legs in the box. Never installed. Returned to store. Ordered another make online.

It's noisy! Even with just the pilot on, it's noisy. And it doesn't show the nice flame that they used to, for the ambiance. It heats well though. But I have an older model and I like it better. Disappointed! I've had it installed for about a month.

Terrible, purchased in store ( Heater was missing parts ). Returned and was told a new one would ship to me. After a week I was told it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Needed the replacement for this current winter. Would not buy anything from home depot

Wanted 30,000 had to settle. In hindsight 50,000 would have been better. As far as the product itself, works as advertised.

Love this product. Love that it has a thermostat so it kicks on and off with temp control. Keeps area very comfortable and pleasant.

First time using one of the infrared models. Not sure if I notice the difference that much over the other style of gas heaters. Either way, they are a great way to heat a room and I would highly recommend. Very clear labeling of the sizes of connectors on the OUTSIDE of the box would help install.
