If a valve is stuck in the open position, it’s most likely due to debris or damage. You’ll want to first check the small ports inside the valve for debris blockage… rinse and inspect diaphragm and diaphragm seat for dirt or damage. If the diaphragm is damaged, it will need to be replaced (and replacement parts are available).
