Worked very well but suddenly the scoop blade to move ice became Mal positioned and ice buildup would cause machine to go into error mode. But customer service very helpful

Bought for my small restaurant. Love the amount it makes; not too much or too little. Easy to clean with vinegar with the 'Clean' button. Small enough to switch locations around my kitchen. Love that it's not one of those industrial size ice machine for the amount of ice it makes.

Easy to set ups works like a fream

We go through so much ice that we simply cannot be without our ice maker. Being without it for a couple of days because the hinge broke has made us unhappy so we are getting it fixed quickly because everybody loves our ice. We wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks newair for such a great product!

I used this product everyday before newair I had to go to Wawa everyday n pester them for ice. Then I got my own ice maker and I loved it. Until it stopped working then I was sad

I love the ice maker, purchased to supplement our refrigerators ice maker, makes plenty of ice...... thinking about purchasing another one.

We have the Ice Maker for about a week. Once settled in (after the two hour settle in period before plugging in and two batches of ice, after cleaning), we are getting medium ice "bullets" at about once ever 4 to 5 minutes. We have it set up in the kitchen as this is a replacement for our in fridge ice maker which stopped working for the third time in 15 years. We found that this ice maker could be a little noisy, not to bad but it does make you turn the volume up some if your are listening to something like the TV or Radio.. This is not the ice dropping but cooling unit/fan noise. We do not have to have the ice maker on for more that three hours so I turn it on when we start for bed. After an 90 minutes the tray is full (the same time the dog needs to go out) and I empty the tray into a gallon bag and place in the freezer. After another 90 minutes (last call for the dog), we have our second tray full which I bag, place in the freezer and then turn the ice maker off. The two gallon bags of ice is good for one day around here. SO, it is quick but a little noisy and it seems to be doing what we need it to do.

We have gone through the refrigerator ice makers abs to get it repaired was very expensive. The ice maker we bought through NewAir beats any refrigerator model. I now have 3 or 4 bags in my freezer always ready to go. We use guis ice maker all year round abs I highly encourage anyone looking for an ice maker to buy from NewAir. We also had a great experience with customer service they helped out immediately and this is another reason why we will always buy from NewAir.

As advertised. Kicks out ice cubes every 7 minutes. Multipule settings. Can't complain

The machine works well. Mine started to rust on the inside though, but newair is sending me a new one. I appreciate the good customer service.

Not that great save your money. Never kept the ice cold after making it,it would melt constantly. Died out after 9 mo.

I have used this ice maker for over a year and it still makes a ton of ice every day. Best investment I have made in a long time. Going to do the 1st cleaning mode today since it has not been necessary, but has been a year.

I used this product Almost every day for about 10 months. In the largest size cube, it took about 6 minutes for the first cubes to form and a couple of hours to fill the basket. Then I had problems. I contacted Newair support and they have taken care of the problem by promising to ship me another ice maker.

We use our ice machine here at our firehouse a Lt. We love it!!! This thing is on 24/7 it keeps chugging along.

I am thrilled with my ice maker! Absolutely the best thing is the time in which the ice is made, so fast.

My family of four uses a lot of ice. This unit is a great supplement to our inadequate fridge ice maker. We leave it running all day and periodically transfer ice to the fridge dispenser for those that prefer crushed. The portability is great for pool parties--just pick it up and move it outside so guests don't have to go back and forth into the house. No more bags of ice for snow cones. We do still buy ice when using our large 80 quart rolling cooler for big parties, but we don't have to worry about saving drink ice. Every 7 minutes a new batch is ready and that usually is plenty to keep up with demand at a party. The only con is it is noisier than a fridge unit. We keep ours in the kitchen and it can be annoying when the ice drops at night, so we usually turn it off before bed.

It is wonderful. Makes 3 different sizes of cubes and every 10 minutes its producing ice.

I use this ice maker all the time. It works great I've had no problems at all. When we have a party it keeps everyone in plenty of ice. The customer service has been wonderful. They help u right away & make things right by the customer.

We purchased this ice maker after reviewing other models/brands available at the moment, we are glad we did. The amount of size and amount of ice it puts out is remarcable, it provides a constant production that satisfies our need.

I love this ice maker! 3 different ice sizes, easy to use and to clean. It really makes a good amount of ice quickly. Great for everyday use or for parties where larger amounts of ice are needed.highly recommended
