Works great! Ice in like 10 minutes or less. Only downside is that the ice in the tray starts melting slowly. So either use the ice quick or take the ice out and store in your freezer.

It makes a lot of ice but all 3 sizes seemed same and it is noisy when preparing to make ice and when it dumps ice it sounds like it's throwing rocks. Might be okay for shop but not in small apt type setting. I had to return it

We use it constantly but the ice shovel broke for the AI 215S model. How can we get a replacement?

Use this machine every day produces more than enough ice. It allows me to store ice for the weekends

I use water from a Spring on my property to make ice cubes in this ice cube Maker. It can make up to 50 pounds of ice per day which comes in handy when entertaining. I would highly recommend it.

This machine is a powerhouse when it comes to making ice.

I have had this unit for about one year, it has worked very well for the first 8 months. I then had issues with it making a few trays of ice then stopping. Customer Service was responsive and solved my issues, by replacing my unit while under the warranty period. On ice production, noise and quality of ice I would have given 5 stars. I was disappointed that it only lasted about 8 months. I am very satisfied with the resolution from customer service though.

Living in a remote area and not having bagged ice nearby I purchased this ice machine to make ice convenient. I honestly don't know what I would do without it now. After a small issue and dealing with customer service I think the Customer service is also the best I've ever had from any company. I'm definitely a fan of Newair products.

Makes ice fast! Bullet ice is nice and sofr. But the tray that dumps the ice got wonky and now it will take a tech to fix it… Drat! Loved that thing!

We use this thing every day non-stop and it works great! We love the amount of ice it makes in a day and how fast we can get our first set of ice cubes after we turn it on. Would buy again!

We have this ice maker at our lake home. It is used year round but is especially in use during the warm summer an fall months. It is used by many different people and different ages of people in and out of the lake home and contiually provides ice - keeping up with the demands. We frequently have others using our lake home when we are not there. We just keep the instruction booklet handy - it's easy to use.

Love the ice machine. This is the 2nd one we’ve had. The 1st lasted 8 yrs. This one makes very large ice cubes. But the machine is really loud! Much louder than our last one from the same company.
