Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Mr.Coffee Automatic Silver Burr Mill Grinder with 18 Custom Grinds about two months ago and I absolutely love it! It is a must have for all coffee connoisseurs. There are 18 different settings to choose from allowing for the perfect grind every time.

      Fast and easy Grinder
      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burr grinder is the way to go if you like you’re coffe fresh . This littler grinder does magic on the beans . Grinds very well and fast . Tried a few in my days but this one is hands down the best . Easy use, easy clean . Must have for all the coffee drinkers.

        Great grinder with almost too many choices
        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for daughter who loves great coffee and experimenting with coffee. She loves it. But commented it almost has too many choices. Over the course of a couple of months she landed upon the four or five grinds that she thinks provided the best flavor. She said it is one of the devices in her kitchen she can't do without. We also found the instructions easy to understand. Too often that is not the case with devices that offer the number of choices this one does.

              Awesome grinder!

                Good grinder

It’s so great to be able to grind my own beans at home and this is super easy to use. It seems to have a pretty consistent cut to the grounds. I really like having this in my home kitchen.

                  Makes great coffee
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my dad, he loves to grind coffee from the beans. He has always just used a hand grinder. He loves the different setting and says it always make perfectly ground coffee. It is very easy to use, my daughter actually loves to help her papa grind coffee in the grinder. He will enjoy this grinder for years to come.

                    Fresh Ground Coffee Everytime!

                      Absolutely amazing!
                      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this and immediately opened it up and used it. I tossed my other one right away. I love that o don’t have to refill it immediately and the different options for the grinds. I grind 2 different kinds of coffee every morning, normal and espresso and now I can grind them the way I want specifically and it’s going to be so much easier!

                          Uneven grind. Didn't last long.
                          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the title says, the grind is a little uneven but good enough. The real problem is that the adhesive holding the hopper cylinder to the base broke after a little over a year spilling coffee beans everywhere.

                                Compact easy to store

                                  It’s not a good machine.
                                  It grinds beans but only after you manhandle the machine, shaking it, getting a spoon to push more beans down and overall getting annoyed. Plus the mill that holds the beans broke off the first week so it’s really fragile.

I have never used a product like this before and was so surprised that it works so good. I have never had such a fresh and aromatic cup of coffee before using this product and actually grinding my own coffee beans. I t was so great to taste such a fresh cup of coffee the fact that you can grind enough for just one cup if you own a single cup machine or a whole pot so everyone of your friends and family can enjoy such a wonderful and tasty cup of coffee. Love this machine have showed and shared this machine with all of my family and friends.

                                      Huge Disappointment
                                      We just bought this--hoping to grind beans as we needed at home. Burr grinders are hard to find so we were really glad to see Mr. Coffee made one that held a decent amount of beans. The VERY FIRST time I used it, it smoked(steamed?) and shut off. I re-read the manual & instructions to see if it mentioned anything about this on the first use. Nope. nothing except turn off or clean away groundsetc. I did all of that & the next time it shut off again after even less time!! I didn't use it again for two weeks and guess what??!! I optimisticallyn put about 1/4 lb beans in....no dice..shut off almost immediately! it would have taken all day just to grind my bag of beans!!! I also noticed others have had other problems I found out too. like the "18" settings don't have any difference between the grind,--then what's the point? Lastly, it doesn't seem to make alot of sense to have the hopper hold 1/2 lb of beans & the collection cup needs to be emptied about 5 times per hopper. All this has disappointed us & really blown the confidence I had in the Mr. Coffee brand!!!! Did not expect such a cheaply made badly performing product!!

                                        It stinks
                                        I have had this grinder for just over a month. It has clogged up on me three times already. When it does it will not function. You have to take it apart, get all the coffee out of the hopper, clean it out, put it together again and hope it works. A lot of cheaper grinders are more reliable. Do not waste your money on it,

                                          Great Features, but one serious flaw
                                          We love the features of this, how it grinds, the fact that you can set it to the cup setting, press the button, and it stops VERY CLOSELY to the amount I weigh out for 12 cups on my coffee maker...surprisingly accurate. All of the features I really like and they seem to work very well. What I DO NOT LIKE is that about 5% of your ground coffee (weighing beans before and weighing the ground coffee after grinding) is lost TO THE MOTOR!!!!!! I’m serious! And why would I do that? Because after a few uses, you can literally shake the grinder out over the sink and you will have a whole pot’s worth of ground coffee come out of the bottom of it. And THIS IS WHERE THE MOTOR IS HOUSED!!!!!!!! Who in the heck designed this???? It is annoying that you lose so much of your ground coffee, and I’m surprised that the motor hasn’t seized up yet. Maybe shaking out the grounds from the bottom prevents that, but I do not feel like I should have to do that, and I see no way to gain access to it to give it a thorough cleaning...other than shaking it and having grounds come out of the bottom holes. This is ridiculous. Other than the grounds going into the motor housing issue, we really like it. But that one aspect alone prevents us from recommending this grinder. We have a higher end Mr. Coffee coffee maker that we have issues with too. I don’t know who is head of quality control there at Mr. Coffee, but he/she isn’t doing a very good job and we are replacing our Mr. Coffee appliances with a different brand. And that is sad because both appliances have very very good features that work extremely well, but some of the basic quality was overlooked and/or sacrificed and, frankly, just sucks.

                                            My wife bought mine years ago and I make 1-3 pots of coffee from beans every day, and occasionally 6-8 quad expressos.

                                              Stopped Working
                                              We purchase this 3 weeks ago, and it just stopped working. If we weren't quarantined, I'd return it to the store. We've used it 3x, and now the beans don't grind. We've cleaned it, the blue light is on, it just won't work. I've tried troubleshooting, and it still won't grind.

                                                Good Price, Fair Quality
                                                Had this for a few months and my wife broke the hopper off the stem. We used it with the hopper loose for three years. Finally, I used super glue to put it right; the hopper is back on, still working great after four years of daily use.

                                                  bean hopper
                                                  I was going to take it apart to clean, but the top (clear part) came off the bottom (black part) It was just glued and it separated. Now the grinder is not usable, and I can not get the part online.

                                                    Good value,hard to clean, plastic bin cracked
                                                    It's okay and I'll probably buy it again as I've never had a grinder I liked better or that lasted any longer. But it's not really possible to clean thoroughly because you can't get to the blades. I've had burr grinders that were much easier to clean. Not easy to clean because no burr grinder is easy to clean, but this is unusually difficult. After 18 months the plastic bin cracked. I can still use it, but I don't know how much longer it will last. But it is inexpensive and small enough to fit comfortably under my upper cabinets.

                                                      Works Well
                                                      I finally started using whole bean coffee to make my morning espresso. This very reasonably priced grinder work well. As a matter of fact, I bought a second one. The reason this is a four star review is that when I dropped the little plastic catch-bin (don't know what it's really called), it broke and now when I grind coffee with it, it sprays all over the counter. I aslo removed a star because I believe your "terms and conditions" allows you to take my statements out of context for your benefit. Five stars if replacement parts were available and your terms weren't so blatantly self-serving.

                                                        issue with measurement
                                                        the grinder was working fine - although a little messy, really appreciated the measurements for cups, whether we were making a cup at a time or a full pot. that feature recently broke, now have to manually turn the grinder off and guess on the grind measurements. huge bummer! not sure if there's an option for replacement parts, but we'd had the grinder for about a year before this feature failed.

                                                          Broken Hopper
                                                          I have used this grinder periodically for a little less than a year. The corners of the hopper (ground coffee) have broken and the product throws coffee all over the counter.

                                                            Doesn't Last Very Long
                                                            I bought this coffee grinder hoping it would last a long time but it died after 2 years. The motor appears to have broken spewing smoke out the coffee bean holder.
