After 3 months of using this grinder the hooper broke and i have not been able to find a replacement part. It also would not grind the amount based on the select amount....typically lower grind quantity. Inconsistent and cheap quality

The grinder has multiple adjustments for coarseness of the grinds and the # of cups adjustment is calibrated perfectly with our coffee maker. Besides needing attention once or twice a year to clean out the burr, there is a no fuss no muss machine.

Been using it twice a week in the summers (cold brew) and everyday in the winters and love this machine. Easy to choose what grind I want and easy to disasssemble and clean when changing coffee types. Highly recommend!

This is our second grinder, now going on our third. The body of the grinder fills up with ground coffee and it comes out the bottom. This grinder has to be at least 5 years old. The first grinder’s shaft broke, it was also very old and very used. Why are the grounds going into the stainless steel bottom? I want to avoid this with our third one...

This is the 3rd grinder to break in less than a year. The other 2 were put out by Cuisinart, so there's that, but to have the plastic hopper come off after normal use ... can someone please make a grinder that lasts more than a month?

The grinder worked great, but was useless once the bean hopper broke. Replacing just the hopper isn't an option. There use to be several reviews stating they had similar issues, but it appears a lot of them have been removed.... Conclusion: you can expect to buy a new grinder every 2 to 3 years depending on how much you use it...eventhough it technically still works.

The grinder works well but I just tried to get the hopper off of my brand new grinder to clean in and it snapped right off in my hands. Now on top of the less than 2 month old product purchase price I am left with a broken item and no replacement parts. Not happy right now

Bought this unit in Sept 2015 and have used it daily ever since. With COVID, it use has easily tripled. Only issue I have is, after 5 years of use, the grind chamber has broken and I cannot find any place that sells just that part - including eReplacement parts linked from this site.

Does a good job of grinding... issue is when attempting to remove the ground coffee from the hopper. Static make it messy to pour the grounds out. Always having to tap it to get it to release from the hopper.

I've been using this mill for about 6 months, and it does a great job of grinding the tablespoon or so of beans that I need for my morning cup of coffee. I don't like the lid that comes with the hopper, and the built-in brush is useless. I ended up with a trim paint brush that I use only for that purpose. Brushing all the nooks and crannies of that silly lid adds a couple minutes to my coffee routine daily. It'd be nice if they could come up with a small burr mill, but I suppose that's not cost effective, right?

It’s an okay grinder, but it doesn’t grind fine enough for espresso. Tends to clog easily with greasy beans. Not the easiest grinder to clean clogs

We have had this for years. Have worn out two grinder blades. Unhappy now because I cannot find another replacement grinder for it. Since this is still being sold there should be a replacement part for this.

My fiancé and I have different tastes for coffee so this is nice to use for our coffee machine that brews one cup at a time (optional). It’s easy to clean and works like a charm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee grinder is replacing one I have had for 13 years. Every time I would use the old one it would trip the circuit breaker. The amp draw was too high. The new one provides great results and has yet to cause GFCI issues. The grounds are consistent and it is easy to clean. I recommend it if you grind your own beans.

We drink a lot of coffee and it really helps start our day so having a nice freshly ground coffee in the morning is fantastic. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I would recommend checking it out, especially if you are a big coffee drinker. It's small and compact but is strong and durable. Check it out!
