Moen indi faucet broken handle
After few years the handle is loose now and not sure why such part will come apart as there is no heavy bang or hurt to handle on daily basis.

Does not stay secured in countertop
Had this professionally installed by a plumber just so I wouldn't screw it up. It came loose in the countertop a week later. They came back and "tightened it as much as possible without breaking the plastic threads". It lasted a few weeks and now its loose in the countertop again. This, plus the cheap plastic feel and clunky movement whenever you try to pull down the sprayer (it's a weird system where you feel the movement of the weight on the pulley) adds up to a generally poor product.

Looks great... some parts?
It looks really good and is simple to work and was pretty easy to install, especially with the long feed lines for hot and cold. The plastic nozzle is disappointing given the price and the rest of the construction. I am a little worried about that plastic piece breaking with all of the movement it will be doing.

Only complaint is I wish the flow could be a touch stronger. That said it's well worth the money. Easy install as are all Moen fixtures. No complaints at all, just a very minor criticism

Moen indi bidet
I love the indi moen faucet! With the spring and pull down head i can use it like a bidet if I've run out of toilet paper! 🧻 🤣 it always gets the jop done and my chocolate starfish is clean as a whistle 👌 😏

Almost perfect. Handle keeps coming off.
Love everything about this faucet, except that the handle keeps coming off, and we have to jerry rig it with an elastic band to hold it on. Not the sophisticated look I want in my renovated kitchen! The screw that holds it on is so tiny, and once we finally managed to get it back together, it separated again within a few days. So now we just live with a fat elastic from broccoli holding it on. Not the quality I expect from Moen, or for the price!

Just what we needed
This kitchen faucet was perfect for our kitchen. The retractable spray hose was an ideal replacement for our separate sprayer that we had previously.

Looks great and feels great!
We replaced the moen faucet our new house came with. The handle came loose, plus is wasn't to our liking. I installed a cheaper moen in the laundry room and was very pleased. Because this had the same handle I figured it would hold up just the same.
