Hardest part of installation was removing the old faucet. This was easy to drop in (<15 min.!), and it looks and functions beautifully. I love that it's 1/2/3/4 compatible, so when I get around to redoing counters and sink, I can keep and easily reinstall this gorgeous faucet. Thanks also to Peter, the HD CSR who helped me leave confident that I had everything I needed to perform the installation confidently.

So far so good
This model was easy to install and seems to be working well. I’ve only had it installed for a week but the pull down feature works great and the “low spray “ feature keeps my backsplash from getting soaked every time it’s turned on. I’m not sure I like the new brushed satin material as much as the earlier models. It does repel finger prints but it looks a little less like real metal and more like a plastic.

The faucet was easy to install and has enhanced the look of my kitchen. Having the spray feature within the head is really nice and operates flawlessly. Operation of the faucet is on par with what I expect from a Moen product.

    Fantastic Kitchen Faucet
Easy to install. We don't know why we waited so long to change out our old faucet. The height allows us to use larger pots with ease. The reach of the extension is more than needed. Would purchase again.

I installed this today and am very pleased. But I am amazed at all of the negative reviews regarding the water pressure/flow rate. This is a water saver faucet that clearly lists in the specs it is rated at 1.5 gal per min. Its not hidden that this faucet is environmentally friendly. That's part of the reason I picked it. There are plenty of 1.8, 2.2 and 2.5 gal per min faucets on the market if that's what you need. Other criticisms I read regarded the valve fitting size. Again, the 3/8 inch connection for this faucet is listed right in the specs on this site. I am in a newer home with 3/8 inch valve stems. If you are in a home with 1/2 inch valve stems, you can go with the Moen Kaden model, or get 3/8 to 1/2 valve adapters. Finally, I saw negative remarks regarding the pull out hose or faucet head having issues after a few years. This is normal wear and tear. But Moen guarantees these parts, and will replace them. A hose replacement is not a need for a whole new faucet. With their 'duralock quick connect', you simply snap out the old hose and replace it with a new one in less than 5 minutes, like the time it took when the faucet was originally installed. . I don't work for Moen or endorse them. But I also don't think these are valid reasons to give this faucet a low rating. These are issues with researching before purchase, or with normal wear and tear. Prior to me installing this faucet today, mynew house came with an expensive Wolverine Brass faucet that can only be purchased and installed by professional plumbers. But even on that one, the hose failed and the head separated after 3 years.

          So Far So Good
I just replaced my Kitchen sink with a deeper single basin sink so I wanted to upgrade the faucet as well. After doing my research I settled on this model due to the functionality and overall look. I had everything professionally installed in order not to void my home warranty and I wanted it done right the first time so installation was a breeze to me. I did not have the optional soap pump installed because I needed the air gap space. So far the faucet is doing its job and looks good with my new sink. Would definitely recommend to a friend for purchase.

            Worth the Extra $$
I was hesitant to spend the money for the upgrade of my kitchen faucet that had started to leak. There were cheaper options. I know the name Moen, have 1 in my master bath. I decided to go with this model and I don't regret it. Pull down handle is a very nice touch and this model comes with the soap dispenser that helps keep the deck clear and clean looking. I like uncluttered. I recommend this product. Install was a snap.

              Great product and easy installation
We loved our new Moen faucet. We only installed the faucet though it came with the soap dispenser. We love the clean line and does not show finger prints.

                Sleek faucet
I love the look of this faucet, and the pull down function is very simple and easy to use. My one negative comment is the temperature control - if you install it as directed, the temperature is hot with the knob pointing up, so to get cold you have to pull the knob towards you first, then out. Seems backwards - I think up should be cold! We might switch our water lines...

                  Greatest Faucet Ever
I LOVE my new faucet. It's so beautiful, it's like the icing on the cake, the cake being my new granite counter and stainless sink. The pull down sprayer is awesome. The brushed nickle finish is beautiful. I couldn't be happier!

Simple yet elegant design and very high quality. Control functions are true and intuitive. Pullout head detaches easy and smooth-- and snaps back into place quickly and without force. Very easy to install. Will purchase again.

Clear, simple instructions - went in like a snap
I installed it on my new sink before I installed the sink in the new countertop. Hookup was simple and all the parts were there and worked as expected. Included wrench was very handy. Only suggestion is that with the handle on the right side it is a little awkward to turn it on while holding something in my right (dominant) hand - but I make do.

                        Beautiful
I bought this specifically for the look - it is modern without being too cold looking. I didn't realize it was a water savings model, so if you are looking to fill up a pot quickly, keep looking (that didn't bother us at all). The only real complaint I have is that there are no colour indicators for hot and cold, so that took a while to get used to (down is hot, cold is up). Overall we are happy.

                          We love it
Very clean lines, that go with the contemporary feel that we like. Also after pulling the drop down, it returns smartly to the lock position, something that others we've purchased to not. (That can be very frustrating after a while) The valve stops the water flow instantly with no drips.

I am more than satisfied with this beautiful addition to my kitchen
This faucet is the best! I can't think of a single thing I would add to or change to improve it! Talk about a DIYer's dream. Clear, concise, pictured directions make for a super easy installation..The only tool you need to do the job right is included in the packaging. We have deep sinks so the only challenge was seeing to reach up behind the sinks to tighten the bolts. Not that big of a deal. The Moen Indi is classy looking with a simple contemporary design. The single lever smoothly moves from hot to cold and everything in between. The pull down wand is weighted beneath the sink to provide a sure return to the faucet. I like the pull down wand much better than the to the side sprayer I had previously. The handy soap dispenser fits neatly into the hole once occupied by the sprayer. Love it. I am more than satisfied with this beautiful addition to my kitchen. I am impressed with the engineering Moen has incorporated into this faucet. They have proven they are genuinely interested in making a DIY project doable by just about anybody.

                          Good Faucet
I really like the way this faucet looks. I was surprised how much of a difference it made to the appearance of my kitchen by just upgrading from my builder's grade faucet to this one. Installation was fairly easy. The hardest part was actually uninstalling the old faucet. I had to use a deep well socket and an impact driver to break free a rusted nut on the old faucet. After that, it only took about 30 minutes to finish the job. Moen includes a plastic "deep well wrench" that can be used with a screwdriver to tighten the faucet down to the sink. I found it a little difficult to hold in place while torquing down tight, since I had to hold the faucet straight above the sink and torque the nut below simultaneously. The supply lines reach all the way down to the water shutoff valves, so I didn't have to keep the copper leads. Just screw the supply lines straight into the shutoff valves, and you're good to go! Moen includes a brace for attaching to thin gauge steel sinks, and it helps quite a bit, but it was still a little unstable on my builder's grade topmount sink. I only really notice it when I swivel the faucet from side to side or use the sprayer, but the play is definitely there. (Just to be clear, it's the sink that's flexing, not the faucet. So if you have a thicker gauge sink, it won't be a problem.) Performance-wise, the faucet is pretty great. The control lever takes a bit of getting used to, but after that it's fairly intuitive. Pull away from the faucet upright to turn the water on, swivel away from you for hot water (only about 15° back from vertical), and swivel down for cold water (all the way down to 90° from vertical). During installation I considered turning the control lever so it was on the left side of the faucet, but realized it would hit our backsplash when turning on the cold water. So there's really only one configuration that will work: with the control lever on the right side. (Maybe in front too, but I think that would probably look weird.) The spot-resist finish works pretty well on the faucet upright, but I have noticed water spots forming in wetter areas like the baseplate. A quick wipe-down has everything looking sparkling new again though. If you ever have a ton of dishes pile up in your sink, the high arc of the faucet allows you to work under the water flow without the contents of the sink getting in the way. The pull out sprayer is awesome as well. I can actually use it to fill up an 8 quart stockpot that's sitting on the counter beside the sink. The spray feature can be turned on with the button on the handle, or the flow can be completely stopped there too. The only complaint I really have is that the flow rate is substantially less that that of my old faucet. It's probably due to some "green qualification" that conserves water, but I'd rather have something that can powerwash stuck-on food off of dishes. I have a 4 hole sink, but the extra hole is being used for the disposal/dishwasher air gap, so I couldn't mount the soap dispenser. It would have been nice if a half-size baseplate was included that would cover one of the two handle holes so the soap dispenser could be installed on the other. The baseplate that is included only bolts through the center, and the gasket doesn't make a super awesome seal on the ends. I'm a little bit worried it will leak, but I haven't noticed any moisture underneath the sink, and it's been installed for a month, so I guess I'm just worrying too much.

                          Nice faucet
I bought this to replace an old kitchen faucet. It's very well made and attractive. It took about an hour to remove the old faucet and install this faucet. It comes with 36" pre-attached supply hoses. I installed it in a 4-hole stainless steel sink, using the optional deck plate to cover the first 3 holes, and plan to install the included soap dispenser in the 4th hole after I remove the non-essential dishwasher air gap that's currently installed there. The deck plate measures 10 1/2" by 2 3/8", and is smaller than the footprint of the faucet I removed. I had to enlist my wife to hold the faucet upright and keep it from twisting while installing the one nut that secures the faucet from below.. The faucet works smoothly. I installed a Moen Hose Guide (aka hose corral) to keep the pull-out host from snagging on the supply valves under the sink. The nozzle initially starts up in stream mode, but the toggle on it can be used to change to a spray. If there's sufficient water flow the spray will continue until you turn off the water. The "pause" position is intermittent and will stop the water as long as you're holding it. There are a couple of things about this general faucet design to consider. First, I'm left-handed and find it difficult to operate the handle left-handed because my arm is crossing under the water stream. I'm slowly learning to do it right-handed. The other consideration is that the handle is located directly over the deck plate, so when you use a wet hand to close the handle you will drip water onto the deck plate, leaving water spots unless you wipe it off when done.

Stunning Kitchen Faucet Set to improve any kitchen!
I was very excited to receive this product and install it in our kitchen. It came very well packaged (see photo) and the box containing the faucet set was also packaged in a padded box. When I finished opening the packaging the set came with all necessary components. It did take me some time to properly install the faucet, but that is with little experience in plumbing. The faucet looks great after installation and after using it, one can feel the high quality. The various settings are great for different situations and the Reflex feature really helped with filling pitchers or rinsing off objects that I had trouble fitting in the sink. This feels like a faucet that will last a very long time!
