Had some trouble installing as the anchor did not go all the way into the wall.

Love it! I even put it up with the tools necessary! Easy to follow the directions.

Beautiful and elegant

Great product, but I wish the attachment to the wall part gets redesigned, there must be a better way to do it. Such huge holes and strong support seem overboard for something supposed to hold a small towel.

Nice product. Where the ring passes through the mounting cone is a little wobbly, but I don't think in a bad way, it's just the nature of these types of towel holders. I think it's better in the long run as a little "wobble" will ultimately cause this to wear much better than units that have no give. Used the drywall mounts, which are unique as they are not your typical anchors. Drill the exact size hole they instruct you to, and firmly tap flush with a hammer. Use the pin to expand the unseen part of the anchor and you're good to go. Nice design actually. Though mounted in drywall, these is extremely secure.
