A:  Check with the store where it was purchased.  The screw may not be a special size for Moen, but a standard size.

A:  There should be a little bracket that mounts to the wall. And the piece holding the loop fits over that. And then from underneath there is a little hex screw you can tighten. I don’t believe there is anyway to tighten the loop if that is what you were hoping to do.

A:  These usually come with a very small headed hex tool. Not sure why there wasn't one or if you didn't know what it was. If you visit Home Depot I believe they would be happy to help find one that works.

A:  Use a flat head screwdriver to pop off the fixture where it attaches to the wall. Tighten the screws on the screw plate, and pop the fixture back on.
