App is useless for first users
I’m trying to run the “fine tuning” and the first task cannot be accomplished. The wheel spins and spins. There is no reference to this challenge in the support section and there is no phone number or email to contact them.

Great addition to the kitchen
We had some trouble with pipes under the kitchen sink, and also had a leaky kitchen faucet. We had the plumber fix the pipes and install the new Moen model 7594C faucet. This is the first single handle we have ever had, and like it very much. We have the sprayer attachment on this model, and it makes cleaning the sink quite a lot easier. Quality is excellent on the item and it works flawlessly.

Moen - All of the looks, none of the life!
Had this for several years now. Replaced two cartrdges due to reoccurring dripping out of the faucet head, which fixed the issue, but not until recently, when a new cartridge replacing did not stop the dripping. I had to get really creative to troubleshoot this stupid faucet! After a long time trying to get it fixed, I finally found the culprit, but still can't get it fixed! No way to acquire the part it needs! A little, 2 dollar, silicone diaphragm is not a replacement part! Screw Moen! $450!

Spray is too strong
One of the features touted on this faucet-it's strong spray-is to me a disadvantage. The motion sense spray is way too strong; even though I have a deep Blanco sink it sprays all over me and the counter. You therefore have to operate it manually and attempt to get the spray to decrease without it switching back to a full flow.

Trouble with handle, leaky hose
Bought this faucet 3 1/2 years ago as a treat for my kitchen. Thought it would be great to have the water turn on without physical contact. Today were replacing this expensive treat faucet. The handle keeps coming loose, so irritating and its very hard to access to tighten. Also the pull down hose squirts water all over as it has worn out! Starting to look shoddy too, bronze faucet. We are replacing it with another Moen though, but a less smart model. I hope for better use and wear.
