I have had this faucet for about four months and it has gone through 12 d batteries in that time. When the batteries die, it is useless.

    The houses in the newer section all have these faucets, so I thought I’d splurge since I had to replace the faucet anyway. It’s nice not having to get the faucet all gunky when your hands are dirty. I’m having trouble setting up alexa

      Horrible app
      Just installed and working today. App is crazy bad. Should be able to ask Alexa for my name (Waterboy) not the generalized MOEN. And then the app kept making mistakes, such as training it to pour 8 oz, mostly wouldn't do it, but when it did, it just kept the water on. Way too complicated. Should be able to ask "Alexa, Waterboy 1 cup", and so forth for whatever measure and whatever temperature. Temperature should be the only request that makes it wait for temperature then a wave. Honestly, most of it just isn't worthwhile fussing with. Instructions for voice setup way to obtuse and confusing.

          This is a great product. I installed it 2 weeks ago, and it works like a dream (and I installed it by myself). Features are fantastic—I love Alexa turning it on to a specific temp or amount. But the hands free, and water pressure are also great.

            After 2 years old and SO many problems!
            I loved this faucet when I finally convinced my husband to spend this much money. Within 3 months we had to replace the box. It has never programmed correctly but after a year the temperature is either scalding or ice with the sensor. Now after 2 years there is no “warm” even with the handle and the handle is half falling off. So disappointing that for the money this really only worked for 6 months.

                Good looking, but noisy and drips!
                Had the Moen Arbor high arc, pull-down faucet and sprayer installed July 10, 2023. Has nice look to it and bright chrome, too. However, it was not installed correctly I believe, because when we swing it from left to right, or right to left....there is a flapping sound under the sink (with some tubing). We had to rig up some sort of a stopper to hold the tubing back. Also, disappointing that when we turn off water it will drip five or six drips over thirty seconds. Really disappointing in these two occurrences in (for us) an expensive kitchen purchase.

                Hello David W and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. The noise you are hearing under the sink is the 68” pulldown hose and/or hose weight. Moen offers a Hose Management System (service kit 159060) that is intended to help prevent the hose and the weight from getting caught on under-sink obstructions. We are sorry to hear your Moen Arbor Chrome One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet is dripping five or six drips over thirty seconds. The 191004-spray wand could be holding water and would need to be replaced to resolve.                   Very nice faucet not happy with online voice suppo
                  This is a very nice faucet. It works fine and the installation was easy. My only frustration is there is very little support (that I can find) for the voice control. I do have it hooked up but cannot find a list of commands or what to do if something goes wrong.

                    Nice faucet. Installation was easy. Anywho, very nice looking, does exactly what it says it will. Connection with Alexa was tricky, but that's a nice feature. Wife is happy, so the household is calm. Seriously, so far so good. We did add the 120 volt power supply.

                      Moen App is Garbage
                      Absolutely refuses to allow you to connect Moen Smart Water to Google Home. Idiot Moen app claims my Moen account login/password, my Google account login/password, and my Apple account login/password are all incorrect. Returning this overpriced anti-smart faucet. Moen knows this has been a problem for years and refuses to fix it, while continuing to charge 5 times the price of a normal faucet for this piece of junk.

                        No Hot Water
                        Faucet worked well both hot and cold until I reset it to connect to my network and app. Once connected and set up, it fails the fine tune your device. Now I can’t get hot water and very little pressure (cold water is fine). A total reset of the device did not help at all. I’m not sure how to get hot water other than replacing the faucet with a different one. Very disappointing.

                            The faucet is definately a good faucet. The installation is fairly easy and you barely need any tools for it. This is a replacement for me of the same previous version from like 10 years ago. The previous version was much better built and had more features. The older version was sturdier or heavier in material. This feels a bit more flimsy. The old version had the capability of setting a tempertaure for the motion sense. the new one does not. Temperature for motion sense is set by the handle, defeating the point of the motion sense. I like to just wave over the faucet and warm water comes on. For the newer version you have to set it to warm and then wave...dumb. My last gripe is that it is the same price I paid 10 years ago with less features, so I was not happy about that.

                                Easy Install. Improved Water Flow
                                Had a similar looking Grohe faucet, but the faucet heads kept going bad. Expensive to keep replacing faucet heads after warranty expired. Went with Moen because of better reputation and warranty. The only hard part of installation was removing the Grohe. Installing the Moen was easy. It looks just as good as Grohe, but the big surprise was the increased water flow, even without the power button. We have low water pressure in our condo building, so I assumed that the water flow was weak in the Grohe because of that. Am pleased with my purchase.

                                  I still love it after 2 1/2 years and a wifi reset
                                  I still love it after 2.5 years. I wave across other kitchen faucets that are smart/sensors and almost get irritated, then I remember that not everyone has a faucet as cool as mine!

                                      Not impressed
                                      Surprised it got such high reviews the cost of an appliance, but then it doesn’t link easily with Alexa so far I can’t get it to a link with even the WiFi . Multiple resets with the Wi-Fi. It’s connected, but not to Alexa. Alexa won’t recognize it. Thus many have complained of this. In order to turn it on you must only touch the sensor or the faucet handle it dangles even with the weight and you have to force it up. This is 10 minutes after the install so clearly with time it’s going to sag and dangle the head is plastic.

Regarding your experience with the hose weight, we recommend installing the weight between the start of the loop curvature and the indicator mark on the hose. If the wand is still falling out of the spout and not docking, the weight might need to be repositioned higher on the hose.                                               Still advertised as working with Google?
                                              It’s ok. Don’t understand why I can’t reduce the water flow. Sometimes I don’t want full pressure. Like the no touch but still wish it linked to Google. I can get another voice to talk to me but it just keeps telling me to sign in and to allow personal results in assistant. Both are done and still nothing. Also you have to keep moving the handle back and forth before it finally registers that I want a different temperature
