Looks great in kitchen. Sensors work as described. Installation was easy. Didn't include the power cord attachment so that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

We had installation done by a plumber, took about 40 minutes. Motion sense works great. Faucet looks great in newly redecorated kitchen.

Easy to install - Looks great - I feel that this will last forever. Love that my husband doesn't have to touch it with his dirty hands. Had it over a month and haven't had to clean it.

The faucet overall was good quality and the electronic portions all work as expected. Packaging was well made and faucet came completely undamaged. Had all necessary hardware. The mounting location and style for the electronic valve system is a little klugy but has seemed to hold up. Overall I think this thing is overpriced, but it is cool, works well, and since setup I have not had to adjust in any way.

I first saw and tried this faucet at my brothers a few months ago. I was very impressed and when our faucet gave out we decided to go with this model. I do a lot of cooking/baking and love the idea of being able to regulate water flow without using my hands. Excellent when working with chicken. Shipping was quick and we received the faucet the week of August 10th, and I had time to install it on the 14th. A bit of a challenge as our sink is a double, offset with one side larger than other and with a sprayer hose mounted next to the old faucet. I was able to use the mounting plate but lost the opening for the spray as it was too close to the faucet handle and unusable. It was a very straight forward installation as long as you read the directions. Be very sure you push all water connections securely into the distribution box. I have read other reviews and was careful not to have the same problems. I did order the electrical plug at the same time after reading the comments from others about the batteries not lasting. After 10 days of use (only 2 people in our household) the batteries gave out. I wanted to give the batteries a try and see if the reviews were correct. At this rate it would only take about a month and a half of buying 18 batteries to pay for the plug in charger. I installed the plug in charger on the 25th and the lights came on and everything is great!! You can really get spoiled with this thing!!!!!!!!!!! I will admit that there is a bit of a learning curve with this unit. Any time your hands are in range of the auto on the faucet goes on with its short burst cycle. Just makes it tough to peal fruit or veggies without getting wet. Turning the faucet toward the other sink eliminates this problem. Be careful when turning the faucet because if you put your hand on top of the unit it will come on in the permanent flow and you will have to wave over it again to turn it off. I would recommend this faucet to anyone who could use the hands free option, which keeps the handle clean when your hands are soiled and you need a quick rinse.

We had the Moen MotionSense installed by a professional handyman a month ago and so far, it's working perfectly. The installer removed the old faucet and put this one in within 45 minutes and it worked as advertised immediately. My husband was skeptical about going with this one, but is now loving it too. The pull-down sprayer retracts effortlessly and the sprayer button is easy to use. Unlike other reviewers on Amazon, the water pressure we have with this faucet is very good. Features we really like in addition to motion sensors are: 1) the ability to set the temperature as you desire on the control box for the motion sense flow and 2) being able to turn one or both of the sensors off as needed. Highly recommend the AC adapter so you don't have to worry about batteries running out periodically. And the stainless truly is spot resistant. Altogether, a great purchase and seems to be a terrific product. .

The faucet is just beautiful and very easy to work with. I love that I no longer have to touch anything with messy hands in order to get running water. The oil rubbed bronze is gorgeous. It goes perfectly with the Rachiele copper sink that was installed. We had an extra electric outlet under the sink so got the adapter so we could plug in rather than use the batteries. Have only had this for a few weeks so can't speak to the long term quality. Well made and substantial so I don't expect any problems.

Being a single female do it yourself-er I have can say this was the icing on the cake. The last project of my kitchen remodel was installing a new sink and faucet. I received so much help from the store associate in my decision to purchase this faucet without being pressured in a direction to purchase other products that I necessarily didn't need as I had with other retailers. The associate explained the install in a way that I could understand and found it to be very easy as long as I followed the directions. It only took me a couple hours to install the sink, faucet along with a new garbage disposal and I can't be more happier with the outcome. Absolutely Beautiful. The rubbed bronze is the perfect color match with my decor. The performance of the faucet being hands free makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase.

I talked my wife into buying the Moen Arbor Motionsense after much deliberation and several calls to her friend who owns a Delta touch faucet. Now, she is glad I talked her into it and I have bragging rights for awhile. Touch vs. Motion debate: My wife wanted a touch model because she was not fond of the sensor on the faucet base and on the top of the faucet or the blue led that comes on when the sensor is activated. To her, it reminded her of a faucet in a public restroom and she feared functionality would be similar. I wanted touch because the physical look of the touch less model compared to the touch models available at Home Depot or Lowes was much better. I also liked the idea of the water turning on when you placed something under the faucet that requires both hands to hold. When cooking, my wife will often have both hands dirty and having to touch the faucet with dirty hands seemed to defeat the purpose. After a week of use, the touchless functionality works great and my wife and I really enjoy the fact that you don't have to touch the faucet to wash your dirty hands. A great non-advertised fact is the you can easily disable and enable one or both of the sensors by simply turning on the faucet manually and then holding your hand over the sensor for 5 seconds. Installation: This was my first time ever installing a faucet of any kind so I went slow and deliberate throughout the installation. To my surprise, installation was extremely easy and smooth. The most difficult part of the job was removing the old faucet and hardware. Quality: I have never before bought Moen so was unsure of what performance to expect. I have mostly bought Delta or Kohler products. I am pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this product. It looks, feels, and functions like a quality product which are really the most important features you could ask for a $399 dollar faucet. After doing much research online, the Kohler sensate and other touchless faucets were listed from $600-$900. I am extremely happy with the purchase and with a lifetime warranty feel comfortable that I will get many years of happy use from this product. I was so excited about the new look I added a push button switch for my garbage disposal to one of the no longer needed holes in granite counter top. Boom...instant modernization and improved functionality to my kitchen.

Shorty after this faucet was installed it loosened t the point where it was very wobbly. I had someone come fix it and for a while it was OK. But again, the same problem happened. We had it fixed twice. Apparently the fastening system under the counter will not hold it snug over time. So I was getting ready to call someone to tighten it up again when it completely broke in half! See picture. There is no obvious way to fix this and I refuse to pay a professional to fix it when the thing won't stay snug on the counter anyway! So I am giving up on Moen and shopping different brands to replace it now. PS This faucet was not abused... just in case anyone was wondering...

I love gadgets and this is a nice one. Takes a bit of getting used to lest you move your hand under the faucet only to get a shower on your sleeve. But after a few days one gets the hang of it and it is no doubt a helpful situation especially when you want to quickly clean a dirty dish with one hand while having something in the other.

After reading the reviews of the Delta touch or the Moen MotionSense, we chose to try the MotionSense. The original faucet did not work well. Sometimes it would turn on, sometimes it wouldn't. I called customer service and they told me it was caused by dirty filters. After cleaning the filters that were not dirty, it still was not fixed. I called customer service again, and they sent a replacement control box. The box was easy to install. The unit has been working great for about three months. The unit has two sensors. One on top, and one that is used to wash hands. Both can be turned on or off. We found that the hand washing sensor was better turned off. Sometimes in washing the sink the water would turn on accidentally. Our grandchildren find the faucet very entertaining. It is very easy to get them to wash their hands.

Professionally installed this summer and woke up to a flooded kitchen floor and under-sink cabinet from a significant leak from the handle after just a few months of use.

We are going to switch to a new faucet because this is the third time that we have will have to get a new faucet head. Once for the original (2 years ago), once a year to replace the original and now it keeps coming off again. The head will pop off causing water to spray everywhere. It will do this when pulled on to spray out the sink of to rinse off the dishes. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. The line also will not stay in the curved piece that it supposed to hold it in place when not in use.

This faucet is absolutely beautiful and all necessary parts are included in the package. The electronic eyes function perfectly and are quite convenient. The control unit is easy to install in any convenient location. On the down side - water pressure is diminished because the supply tubing is much less in diameter than its 3/8" connection, and the AC adapter is mentioned in the installation instructions but is not referenced by number. I had to research this through Moen and order from a different vendor - Home Depot does not carry it. The battery pack included with this package works fine. Other than these little issues it works extremely well! It really jazzes up the kitchen!

The no hands feature is great if your in a hurry or your hands are dirty and you just want to quickly was and carry on with what you were doing. It came quickly, I bought it on Labor Day Monday, and it came Monday the next week.

I bought this in the Spot Resist Finish and it looks great. The motion sense feature is wonderful and I like the fact that the water temperature for hands free operation can be preset at the control. Installation was simple because of the provided quick connect fittings. Watch the installation video on the Moen site to see just how easy it is to install.

Installation and instruction very simple and easy to follow . Area sensors works great and the more you use it the more you love it . Spray nozzle has a good pattern and easy to turn on and off. I can't find any thing I don't like about it . It will make any kitchen proud .

After seeing this faucet in action I knew I had to have it. The design complimented my new Granite Countertops and the features operated flawlessly. Althought I am a retired Plumber, this faucet is quick and easy to install by any do it yourselfer. The instructions are simple and complete, and its backed up by two of the most respected names in retail; Moen and Home Depot. I highly recomend it.

The brushed stainless steel finish and design provide a classy appearance. Installation was a breeze with clear instructions and great illustrations. On/Off sensors function beautifully, exceeding my expectations. I couldn't be more satisfied with every feature or function of this faucet.

As a contractor and a homeowner, I think this product is great. I am pleased when my customers choose Moen products because of the quality, ease of installation, and warranty. In fact, my home has Moen products in the kitchen and bathrooms. This product lives up to the expectation. I purposely installed this product by myself and followed the instruction precisely to see if this was a one or two man job. This product should probably not be installed by a novice homeowner, but is relatively easy for a professional. And as I discovered can be installed alone. All the pieces/parts were labeled properly and easy to identify... Because of the location of the faucet in an existing sink as a replacement, I had to remove all the drain mechanism and disposal to get free access to the area. Not difficult because I have done this many times, but not sure your typical homeowner could be able to do this. The product itself works as described. I thought it would take some getting used to, but as you reach for the handle out of habit, the water would turn on. It didn't take long to be completely comfortable using it, and now we rarely even touch the handle control. Styling and product finish is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this product to friends, family and customers!

Overall not bad, Easy Install because I installed a new sink and put faucet on before installation of sink. However for the price you would think there would be a brass center support rod, this one is plastic painted bronze color and it’s the backbone of the unit. That is why I rated it a 1 for durability, time will tell. The upper “Wave Sensor” works about 80% of the time, the 20% is does not work; you have to wave your hands two or three times to get it on or off. The lower "Ready sensor” does not work as advertized, example: you can’t place your hands under the faucet to wash and expect water to flow, or a dish for that matter. You must hold your hand or an object directly next to the lens to keep the water on. A bit of a disappointment as you want to have the ability to keep germs off the unit and have hands free washing. That is why I rated it a 1 for features; good, but not there yet. Nowhere near as advertized in the videos with a child washing their hands, etc. I guess I would be on the fence about recommending it to a friend, it really depends if you expect it to work as shown in the videos.

Not yet, the main electric sensor is faulty. Called MOEN and they sending a replacement. Not happy with the quality of the product.

I wanted a faucet that had hands free operation, but this one controls water temps and dispersion amounts with voice commends through Alexa. I hope it works as well in the future as it does after 1 day of operation.

Added this beauty to our kitchen. No demo Reno project. A few key things that helped me, I'm sharing. Place battery holder on side of cabinet where they are easy to switch out and turn upside down to see how to re install batteries. The removal of old faucet took longer than the install! Need 2 people for install, one to hold neck above sink while one is screwing neck on.(45 min install) Very easy, read all directions first. My son and I installed with no prior experience. Only hiccup was we never read the part about taking the sensor tape off (hence the read through part), so calibration took a few times but once we had it correct we love it. I love that you can open and close handle and it won't throw calibration off (my hubby hasn't gotten used to sensor yet🤔).

The faucet randomly comes on - unsure why but it seems to time out. Weird how the faucet ships only with a battery option and I had to order the plug in module separately. The Interface with Alexa is Strange. You have to precede every command with Alexa, ask Moen to ..." It really adds to the complexity and provides no added value. And it is unlike any other smart device I own. Add to that how you cannot name a faucet as faucet but must use "kitchen faucet" and how you cannot activate a Moen preset command from Alexa. I hope that Moen improves it's app. I'd rate the faucet higher if it did.
