Perfect in my newly renovated kitchen-love Moen!!

Love the faucet and only sometimes see a delay in the motion sensors, but not bad and I wonder if it's the swipe or hand gesture that affected it. Overall though we love the faucet and look forward to years of service.

Easy to install and has great features

Had trouble getting the app to work correctly during the network connection process, but it DID connect. Have trouble getting voice commands or the app to bring the faucet to a set temperature and then dispense a set volume of water. Can set temperature fine. Can dispense set quantity fine. Can't do both at once - the faucet or app or something gets confused with multiple steps at once.

Features are not as advertised. Zero connection to WiFi. Cannot use hands free.

This is a great faucet with both manual and motion sense operation along with Moen's warranty. It looks great in our kitchen and is very easy to operate and install.

Home Depot did a great job on their part. However the faucet is cumbersome and ergonomically challenged. I wish I would have gone with manual function. It’s installed so I guess I’ll live with it.

I replaced a moen touchless wave sense Faucet with a moen smart Faucet. I am very familiar with the quality of Moen products so I am anxiously learning how to talk to my new Faucet.

Faucet updates the kitchen.

I hired a plumber to install my faucet. Installation was quick and easy. Plumber only charged the minimal fee. I had downloaded the app before he arrived so after he installed and checked it for on/off hot/cold I started to hook it up to the internet. I tried running it through the initial setup after internet connection and it had trouble between the cold water check and the hot water check. I figured I’d have to try again later after a few failed attempts. Alexa turned it on and off quite easily. I left and went to the store. I returned home and went to show my husband how Alexa worked with it and Alexa could no longer connect with it at all. Still won’t complete initialization. Now app says I tried to exceed temperature of 0 degrees. Not sure where that came from

Installed easily. Lifetime Warranty. Technician was friendly and helpful. The stem under the sink nice and long for all widths of counters.

Easy to do - with just my phone. Highly recommend this product.

I really love the idea of the Arbor Smart faucet. It will dispense measured water which is fairly accurate. The motion sensor reacts fairly quickly and integrates with Alexa. The faucet is sleek and attractive in my home and I love the stain resist option. A few things that could be fix or improved are the noise it makes when you turn on the water. It whines when turned on using any method (motion, voice or manual) and the water pressure varies when turned on. I wish Morn would use at least a 2 gpm system instead of a 1.5 gpm which feels like a 0.8 unless you use the power boost option. A Kitchen faucet needs water to dispense quickly. I don’t want to sit there for 5 minutes to fill a pot to boil some water. Another fault is that if the power is out, the faucet can’t be used. The battery power is weak and I suggest buying high end batteries instead of using the ones provided. They use 6-D batteries. Also, integration with Alexa is annoying because you have to specifically tell Alexa to “ask Moen” to do A or B. They need to make it connect directly to Alexa or even better Smarthings. I’d also suggest Moen consider z-wave, zigbee or matter to connect to a hub, which would increase battery life and be a little more reliable in staying connected. Despite some small improvements, this is a really nice faucet and I highly recommend the Arbor Kitchen Faucet. I also recommend getting the power adapter so you don’t have to rely on batteries. It just the price for this adapter is high and honestly should be about half of what it is right now and even then that is too high.

Easy to install and can do everything but wash the dishes… The install took about 30 minutes, from the the hardware to the software. So many functions, wave on/off, Alexa voice and presets galore. Worth the money.

The first one did not work. The plumber was unable to get Moen, so I called Moen next day. They sent replacement that I ended up installing as Moen would not pay for the plumber to come back. Replacement faucet works, but the front sensor is not well controlled. It's too sensitive and I'm constantly getting my sleeves wet when doing anything in the sink. It will even turn on if I turn around, lean up against the counter and talk to someone. Need adjustable sensitivity and/or better sensor.

Looks great and works great. This is our third faucet in our second sink in 32 years at this residence. Wanted an upgrade to make the replacement fun and this was perfect. We have Alexa everything and a great WiFi mesh system. Nothing has been this easy to connect to Alexa. Less than thirteen gallons have passed through the faucet, so no opinion on battery life or Alexa outage issues. Got the matching soap dispenser too. It looks great also. I don’t know if we’ll use the smart features much. Might be useful to ask for a couple of quarts of water for pasta while multitasking dinner prep. This form is asking me to rate durability. I’ll rate the previous Delta faucet and hope this one is as good.

I love the smart faucet as it has all the latest features that you can think of for smartness along with no compromise to quality and functionality.

This is the second Moen smart facet we have owned. We liked the first one so when we moved we bought another one. So far it seems nice.
