Two of the 9 foot sections is only 45 bucks, compared to the fifty some they charge for the 18 foot section.. not worth the 10 extra bucks for same thing in my opinion.

I would like for it to have been available in full two car garage lengths.

I used this to replace the strip on my Clopay doors which are hard to find and expensive. I ended up leaving the existing track and mounted this one on top so the new track would be flush at the bottom. Having 2 pieces per door is kinda of a pain because you have to make sure the tracks align in the middle or the rubber piece will not slide smoothly. I used soapy water and it made it a lot easier. If you have a second person feeding you the rubber piece it will go a lot faster.

Looks much better than the worn out old seal! No more snakes sneaking in!

It would have been nice if longer screws were provided since the bottom of my door was not flat. Otherwise it is made of good quality materials and easy to install.

We moved to NC to be near the inlaws. Coming from NH and colder weather we’ve never had to deal with “Palmetto bugs” aka cockroaches. They were coming from outside under the old foam door gasket and inside the space on the sides and tops into the garage. This gasket has done an awesome job of sealing off the bottom when used in conjunction with pvc weather strip board on the sides and top. Moral of the story, stay in NH. If you can’t, get ready to spend on sealing every crack and crevice.

The kit was easy to install and included all items necessary to complete the installation. My only issue with this "kit" is how it is packaged. The rubber seal is wound around the aluminum track pieces and this leaves the rubber seal with several marks where it was wrapped around the rigid track. This could potentially cause the rubber to tear during installation or after the fact as it seemed to be wound rather tightly around the track pieces.

The screws only work for sheet metal, not for wood so I had to buy the wood screws instead.

Had to replace the original weather seal on my 30 year olds garage door. Retainer was easy to install, although a bit tedious. The retainer comes in four sections and your have to line up each section perfectly. Ran the rubber strip through the grooves by myself but a 2nd person would have made it much easier. Lubricated the T channels with dish soap which helped.

This was easy to install and seals up the bottom of my 18’ garage door perfectly.

Screws should be longer or provide two sizes.

Weather stripped both my garage doors. These are great to stop the draft under the door.

The product worked fine. However as I was replacing an older door insulation the new aluminum track was discarded as the insulation fit in the old track. I wish I could have just bought the insulation separately.
