Our second LG dryer. The first purchased 9 years ago. Once the difficulties will be resolved with LG, we expect the dryer will function as described.

The dryer is very quiet and works as expected. There are many choices for cycles. I am pleased so far.

Excellent dryer. Best part is the steam sanitize. With the shelf attachment that is included it s great to be able to sanitize sneakers when then get that funky smell and it goes away.

It dries much quicker than our 2004 LG dryer, and the options are amazing. I plan to make full use of the advanced options like steam dry. This gorgeous unit is also clearly built with longevity in mind and I look forward to years of use and savings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was easy. Great selection of options. Nice large capacity tumbler. Dried four loads of various types of clothes with excellent results.

On some settings the clothes come out a little damp on other settings they come out WET. LG customer support is no help at all!

I now need to spend a fortune on repair since it is no longer under warranty! My previous dryer was more than 12 years old and it had absolutely no problems. But I still decided to upgrade to an LG since it had fancy features and looked really good. However, it I am really disappointed that it has failed in just over a year! I regret buying an LG!

He said LG and I'm so glad I listened to him. The wash is done quickly and the machine is so quiet. Love the chimes that let me know a load is finished.

I bought my first set of LG's 13 years ago. I had to replace the washer 2 times and the dryer 3 times within the first year. After that we had only one minor service call in 13 years. I bought another set for our second home and had to replace the dryer twice within the first 6 months and not a problem for all 10 years that I owned them. When it was time to replace my 13 old set, naturally I went with LG. I feel that they are superior at cleaning while remaining gentle on clothing. Plus the sanitary cycle is a dream. The biggest draw back in LG is their parts policy. They do not allow repair companies to carry their parts. Therefore, service is a 2 trip process. If you can live through the possibility of lemons and the process of weeding them out, I highly recommend this product. I, however, would discourage purchasing from HD. I told there appliance people of my past experience and asked how they would handle a similar situation. I was told of their solid service and replacement policies. At 2 months the heating element went out on my dryer and I quickly ran into the run around. HD does not in fact have service. They outsource this to only 2 LG reps in Oregon. The earliest appointment was 4 days out. Which doesn't sound bad, but remember this is only a diagnostic appointment. They have to order parts and get you back on their schedule. So I asked them to replace it. which again, would take another 2 weeks. When your $1k appliance breaks, HD's best solution was for me to return it. I called Lowe's and they'll have a new dryer to me in 2 days. They have their own service department and they matched HD's sale price. Wish me luck.

I love my new LG washer and dryer combo! The guys who delivered it were so nice and very careful with our new purchase!

Plus a million other features that I never use but are great to have. However, sometimes it does not dry fully, then I have to run it again but I haven't figured out how to do only a certaincertain number of minutes so it forces me to do a whole other cycle

Bought as our first dryer in a long time and this one does the trick! A lot of different load options and easy to use! Easy to clean and maintain. If your looking for an all around good front loading dryer, this model is awesome!

We bought a set in aug, wasn't happy with it. So we decided on this LG dryer (and washer) I have been totally pleased with this product! Very fast drying time and love all the drying options (steam, anti bacterial)

I bought this dryer with the matching washer in September. Could not be happer with the performance, quality, and look. It works like a charm and is very quiet.

I bought this dryer on September 9, 2015 but it was out of stock until mid-October. That was okay with me because this is the dryer I really, really wanted and my 15-year old GE was still working. It was finally delivered on October 22nd. When I did the first load the time was set for 55 minutes. I checked on the progress after 45 minutes...the dryer automatically added another 10 minutes because the timer showed 20 minutes...I was amazed! After another load finished the drum was stopped, but the light was on when I went to get my load of sheets and everything was dried. Another thing is the size. I used to do 2 loads for 40 minutes each. Now I put everything in and set the timer for 55 minutes and everything is dried to perfection. LOVE IT!
