The features are wonderful and it is a lot of value for money. The clothes always come out dry and wrinkle-free or with less wrinkle. The steam feature with this dryer is an awesome.

It finishes drying cycles after only a minute or two when the clothes are still wet. I have watched my wife battle with it for whole evenings just trying to get it to actually finish a load or even dry for more than a few minutes.

We have had the LG Front Load Washer and Dryer for over a month. The company who performed the install was professional. The only issue we had was that the top/bottom bracket was not with the unit when delivered so the crew had to come back the following week for final install. We installed it in the garage and space location was somewhat limited, so that is why we needed it as top/bottom unit. I also purchased a flat four wheel appliance dolly with locking legs to prevent movement but also be able to move it for any repairs and miscel. We have used the washer and dryer quite frequently. We are very happy with it. My wife wanted the Kenmore Elite version...but all they do is slap their name and called it Kenmore Elite when it truly is a LG. This saved us money. We have not had any issues so far and are very happy with them. If you never owned front load washers...always keep the door open after washing to prevent mold...after it is thoroughly dry (usually the following day) you can close the door...but leave it cracked open. The men who came to install the washer and dryer were very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My washer needs to be better balanced, however, as it makes a loud noise during the spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG DLEX4270V dryer for 2 months and we love it.

I bought and returned two sets of washers and dryers from Samsung before I finally purchased and kept an LG set six years ago. I sold that house and bought another in 2013 and looked exclusively at LG, which I purchased. May of this year I bought another house and therefore purchased my third LG washer and dryer set. All 3 sets were similar - front loaders with steam. I have never had any trouble with any of them and have been very pleased. I like how you can just hit the power button, then start without having to select a mode - quick and convenient. These things are of course overkill for just my wife and I, however we can do just one big load a week. I prefer to run them without the energy savings mode on because they take less time. The only negative is that you have to turn it off each time you run a load - of course I have not read the instructions, it may be possible to program it to start in standard mode instead.

This LG dryer gets clothes, and especially towels, dry much faster than our old machine. The installation was great also.

This dryer is great. I love that it has a large drum, easy access and a big easy-to-clean lint screen right in the front. I haven't tried the "steam clean" features, but it seems to dry clothing well without over-heating and shrinking the clothes. I expect to have this machine for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dryer because it was a match to the washer I purchased earlier in the year. Very disappointed. The dryer is extremely noisy. We have leveled it and tighted the leg screws - but it just gets noisy again. So I put a piece of styrafoam underneath the leg of the dryer. Fixed the issue. Yes, my brand new dryer has something shoved under it for noise. Super. Also need to check the clothes once the dryer stops. The sensor on it doesn't work well. Clothes are often still damp. My samsung dryer was sturdy and worked SO much better. I promised my husband I would keep this dryer 5 years because of what we spent on it. But then I will replace and NOT with an LG again. Very Very disappointed.

Dryer is very quiet - home depot nstallation service was very quick and professional

The dryer matches the washing machine we bought sight unseen in an emergency a few months ago when the old one quit. It is large capacity for bedding or other bulky items, and I love having the dryer too. The tops are a large flat folding surface. I've had to combine two of my 'normal' loads of laundry to feel like I'm getting the best use from these machines. Half the loads to wash is not a bad thing!

I'll update this if need be but definitely having a lot of trouble getting the dryer to fully work for us. It keeps shutting off early and not completely drying the load of laundry (maybe it's just me but I do think a dryer should do the one thing it's supposed to do!!!) I think we might have it figured out finally - it seems very sensitive to unbalanced loads. When it stops early, I'm now redistributing the clothes and it seems to usually start back up again but I would really like to just have it run the whole way through a cycle without having this issue. The associated user manual was not helpful at all nor was the app/analysis as it never gave an error code - it'd just stop. At any rate, it does look nice and it does have some good features such as the steam which are working well and useful. Hopefully, if you're also having issues with your dryer stopping early, this might help you as well.
