JUNK!!!
Lg refrigerators ARE JUNK!!! I got one less been a year ago and been fighting lg since My refrigerator will only go down to 38°. Everything is warm butter is melted. Milk is rotten and nobody at LG will fix it.

      Nice Fridge
      We have had our refrigerator for about three weeks now. It replaced a side by side refrigerator freezer that was approximatley 24 cf. The increased size has been great. I like the in-door ice maker to save shelf space, but it does not make ice very fast (Keeping up with family of five). This is the first time with a bottom drawer freezer, but I am very happy with it. There is good space and the two drawers are nice to separate items. The craft ice maker is extreamly slow, but the cubes are big and last a long time in breverages. The vegetable drawers and the lower drawer of in the refrigerator require both doors to be open in order to access them. A minor thing, but I do like the three drawers. Overall, very happy with the refrigerator.

        HORRIBLE!
        DO NOT GET A LG REFRIGERATOR!!! We purchase a home 4years ago that unfortunately came with an LG refrigerator. We've had nothing but trouble. The ice maker is rarely working. We've had to repair the compressor twice ($500). Our refrigerator is under a 10yr warranty. LG will only cover the cost of parts. LG rep suggested I negotiate the service fee with the tech that comes out. Calling LG's cust srvc is extremely frustrating and are told differently each time you call. Save yourself the headache and get a different brand.

          Compressor failure
          I own my lg for 8 years and had to repair the compressor 3 times. It’s a known problem that they never fixed. I had to pay for labor which cost me $780 for the first to compressor and now lm going on my 3rd. It broke three years in a row.

            delivery hassle on back order
            When I placed the order and paid for the product I informed the sales person that I couldn't take delivery until I closed on my house. I wasn't sure when that would be. I pushed out the delivery date 60 days with an understanding (may have been my misunderstanding) that when I got the closing date I could call and request an earlier delivery. It is now a week later and I have my closing date which is about 30 days out. I was told that my original date (60) days out can't be changed and that the product is now on back order and that I may not even get it in 60 days. I can't review anything else because I haven't received my product. So far, so bad except for Specialty Department Supervisor Meridith in the Villages, FL store has been awesome!!

              Great refrigerator....It just took forever to get. After the first delivery failure it took HD another 3 weeks to bother to redeliver. Unfortunately this is not the first failed delivery I have had with Home Depot. Each time its the same thing. No one calls you or follows up. You have to call in, wait on hold for 1-6 business months and beg them to redeliver the item the had no idea wasn't delivered.

              Water tastes terrible...
              It doesn't seem that LG provides a good filter -after dumping gallons of water it still is awful. I can safely say I've dumped about 7 gallons and tossed several trays of ice. Very frustrating and customer service did not care. No sorry or encouragement that it will be fixed. Do not feel good...Home Depot just doesn't seem to care. I've got an appointment on Wednesday but not feeling confident that it will get fixed.

                Couldn’t be happier
                I have the discontinued stainless steel model and I LOVE IT!  It takes up the same exterior space that our old non-LG fridge did but there is so much more room inside.  When we had family and friends over for Thanksgiving and Christmas, we never ran out of ice.

                  It is very spacious inside but you can not stand a tall juice bottle up in it without losing space elsewhere. It is suppose to be pointless but I still get fingerprints that I have to rub off.
