dead after 6 months LG is no help
I have been waiting for 2 and 1/2 weeks for LG to help me with the manufacturer warranty to get my refrigerator either fixed or replaced and have yet to have any resolution.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in March and it’s everything I wanted! It works wonderful! All the ice options are great but my favorite thing about this particular refrigerator is the ice balls! I love the black stainless steel look it goes perfect in my kitchen! I would definitely recommend this product to whoever is looking for a great purchase I also love that it has lots of space to hold all my groceries

DO NOT BUY LG
Our fridge has broke 4 times in just over a year - full compressor replacement, ice maker failure - other issues too.

Lg replacement for me. Nobody noticed the switch. Love the craft ice, slow to produce. Cubed ice spits out a large area. Wide mouth cups still get some overspray of ice which ends up on the floor. Would definitely buy again.

Garbage product
Bought a LG refrigerator in December 2022. Manufacturer warranty was 12 months. Barely 15 months later the ice dispenser stopped working. I called LG hotline they told me to reset which I did and 24 hours later still no ice. I called back and they said “sorry the warranty is for 12 months.”
I thought LG makes good products, but apparently if you bought their stuff, just like me, expect it to break down 15 months later. Absolutely garbage for a company like LG to put out trash like that.

6 months after I bought this, it started leaking water and lg told me their warranty wouldn’t cover it. 15 months after I bought it, the freezer tray was completely falling apart. Since new, the icemaker in the door clogs up constantly. I will NEVER buy another lg appliance again. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen and their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on! I would have been better off buying a $500 Frigidaire

A year later still great
We've had this model for about a year and have had no issues. Changed the water filter once and haven't had to do any other service. The craft ice isn't just great for drinks but also keeping water colder longer in a water bottle. I do wish the ice reservoir was a little larger but it's large enough for 2 adults at least. I would buy the same model again.

Worth every penny
I absolutely LOVE this fridge. We have had it about 6 months now and haven’t had a single problem with it. The exterior wipes clean easily without leaving spots and it’s magnetic unlike our old fridge so we can use magnets again. The interior has so much room! We have yet to fill it to capacity. All of the drawers open and close smoothly. Right side door fits milk jugs. And the shelves can be configured to fit a variety of tall items. With the craft ice, there is plenty of ice for parties.

Craft Ice, and very nice working
Craft Ice Quality is The primary feature and reason we chose this fridge.Capacity and Production Rate of this is fairly decent. but more than enough. Beyond craft ice, this fridge is bigger than what we had before. A fridge is a long-term investment, so it's essential to choose one that is durable and reliable. That is what we did. Plus the ease of Use and Maintenance. Overall, a French door fridge with craft ice is an excellent addition to our kitchen, adding a touch of luxury and convenience to our beverage experience.

Ice production
I am very disappointed with this refrigerator purchased Nov 2023. One of the reasons I purchased it was because of having 2 ice makers. We use a lot of ice in this hot climate during the summer. I did not see any information on the refrigerator at the store about 3-6 craft ice cubes per day. If I would have seen that, honestly I would not have bought this model. Coupled with a smaller in door ice maker in the refrigerator is really insufficient even for those who don’t use a lot of ice! If I could trade it in on another refrigerator I would. Very disappointed consumer!

Disappointment
You get next to no cold water from the water dispenser on this fridge - only 8 punches every 30 minutes! If your family drinks water with dinner buy with caution! LG has a very poor customer service! Home Depot wouldn’t do much either since we found thst is how this fridge was designed!! Very disappointed!! And stuck!!!
